Prazo inicial de ate 2 dias , mas fomos atendidos no mesmo dia, com a manutenção do valor proposto ,e telefone entregue funcionando. Loja e profissional com rotinas de atendimento profissional. Atendimento inicial pelo WhatsApp ja colhendo informações e praticamente garantindo que pelo fato do "smart "nunca ter sido aberto , não haveria danos na tela, o que quase todas as lojas para onde liguei orçando se eximiram desta responsabilidade. Preço cobrado justo e melhor encontrado. O telefone foi entregue com a tela reforçada com fitas nas bordas para ajudar a cola. Resta ver o desempenho x tempo para voltar e dar 5 estrelas.
