Sempre muito prestativa, ela é uma profissional muito capacitada e muito bem recomendada inclusive por outros veterinários da cidade como uma profissional de índole inquestionável. O hospital é muito organizado e toda equipe é de extrema confiança. Recomendo à todos!!!
 I have a 16-year-old puppy and Dr Veronica has been taking care of him for at least 10 years. Always very helpful, she is a very qualified professional and highly recommended even by other veterinarians in the city as a professional of unquestionable nature. The hospital is very organized and the entire team is extremely reliable. I recommend to everyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito positiva com a Clínica Animal. Cuidaram muito bem do meu cachorro, que foi diagnosticado com doença do carrapato. Ele precisou ficar um dia internado, foi bem cuidado e sempre mandavam o boletim médico com as atualizações do meu doguinho. E fez todos os exames necessários lá mesmo. Ele voltou muito melhor pra casa com apenas um dia de internação.
A Carol da recepção é muito atenciosa e a veterinária Brenda também, além de ser muito carinhosa e cuidadosa no atendimento do nosso bichinho.
Com certeza eu recomendo a clínica.
I had a very positive experience with the Animal Clinic. They took very good care of my dog, who was diagnosed with tick disease. He needed to stay in the hospital for a day, he was well taken care of and they always sent the medical report with updates on my doggo. And did all the necessary exams right there. He came home much better after just one day in the hospital.
Carol at the reception is very attentive and the veterinarian Brenda too, besides being very affectionate and careful in caring for our pet.
I definitely recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao olhar as avaliações no google acreditei esta levando meu cachorro em uma clinica que resolveria meu problema. Levei meu cachorro 30/01 com uma tosse seca intensa, passou pelo vet e solicitou exames sangue e rx onde foi realizado na clinica no mesmo dia com hipótese de diagnóstico um problema cardiaco porem a veterinaria informou que seria necessario aguardar o laudo. No mesmo dia a mesma receitou um anti-inflamatório e um xarope onde não encontrava em farmacia nenhuma a dosagem que a mesma indicou pois os farmaceutico informaram que nao existia essa dosagem de dropropizina(300 mg/10ml), ao entrar em contato com a clinica me passaram a outra dosagem e pediram para dar x gotas porem é xarope a administração é por ml .. achei um total despreparo do profissional.
Após sair o resultado do exame me informou que seria necessario passar o bob com um cardiologista, teria que pagar uma nova consulta ou seja vet nao solucionou o meu problema e ainda teria q pagar uma nova consulta, ok a profissional nao saber tratar essa patologia o mínimo que deveria ser feito ja q tem um cardiologista na clinica era passar o caso sem cobrar novamente uma consulta... Enfim levei meu pet em outra vet que prontamente soube medicar o meu cachorro.

The least that should be done since there is a cardiologist in the clinic was to pass the case on without charging a consultation again... Anyway, I took my pet to another vet who promptly knew how to medicate my dog.
