★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles realmente não ligam para os pacientes. Falta de vontade em entender as necessidades dos clientes, pouco profissionalismo e completo descaso com o horário agendado. Não recomendo para ninguém.
They don't really care about patients. Lack of will to understand the needs of customers, unprofessional and complete disregard for the scheduled time. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 40 minutos esperando o token da amil,e a atendente me disse que eu teria que esperar mais meia hora para a chegada,isso porque estava na sexta sessão, ou seja, a amil já havia autorizado o tratamento.Faltou um pouco de atençãoe boa vontade da atendente,pois se a sessão dura meia hora,seria o tempo de chegada do token.Gabi super atenciosa.Vou procurar outra clinica
