★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, meu comentário nao é tão agradável, hoje estive nesta clínica onde a Drª Daniele faz atendimento e ao chegar diante da RRECEPÇÃO fiquei invisível, porque a recepcionista , a qual nao sei seu nome, não deu a mínima para , pelo menos me perguntar a razão de eu está ali, sendo assim , a primeira impressão é a que fica, me desculpe Drª Daniele mas não vou mais a essa clínica, espero ser atendido pelos seus serviços em outro lugar!
Good morning, my comment is not so nice, today I was in this clinic where Dr. Daniele is attending and when arriving before the RECEPTION I was invisible, because the receptionist, which I do not know her name, did not give a shit to at least ask me the reason I am there, so the first impression is that it is, I'm sorry Dr. Daniele but I'm not going to this clinic anymore, I hope to be attended by your services elsewhere!

I loved Dr. Sandra's service. Very polite and competent. He did several tests and exams until we made the correct diagnosis. I highly recommend NEOM, the best dentists in Natal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista educadíssima porém dr Daniele não gostei passei a primeira vez com ela a limpeza foi mal feita e a do meu irmão rápida demais ela disse coisas grossa e disse que não conseguia ficar com a cabeça parada até disse que ia colar minha cabeça na maca mal olhou na minha cara falta de ética e respeito com o paciente decepcionada muito mesmo não voltarei mais aí.
Very polite receptionist but dr Daniele I didn't like it I spent the first time with her the cleaning was poorly done and my brother's too fast she said rude things and said she couldn't keep her head still she even said she was going to stick my head on the stretcher. in my face, lack of ethics and respect for the patient, very disappointed I won't go back there.

I underwent orthodontic treatment with aligners with Dr. Jeane and I loved it!! She was very thorough in the follow-up and always very smiling and attentive to my feedbacks about the device in each return. Exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que reclamar das recepcionistas e da maioria dos profissionais que ali atendem (passei por 4) mas a dr Daniela está derrubando o nome da clínica, grosseira, sem educação, sem paciência, a limpeza que ela realizou foi de péssima qualidade e se negou a atender a demanda pois o meu plano estava PERTO de vencer... Um absurdo!! E passei por ela duas vezes, por tanto tenho experiência suficiente para fazer essa reclamação. Com ela não passo mais.
I have nothing to complain about the receptionists and most of the professionals who work there (I went through 4) but Dr Daniela is dropping the name of the clinic, rude, uneducated, without patience, the cleaning she performed was of terrible quality and if refused to meet the demand because my plan was CLOSE to winning... An absurd!! And I went through it twice, so I have enough experience to make this claim. I don't spend more with her.
