★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a clínica para fazer endoscopia e senti que a anestesia não funcionou muito bem, senti todo o procedimento. Foi muito estranho. Mas o atendimento foi bom.
I went to the clinic to do an endoscopy and I felt that the anesthesia didn't work very well, I felt the whole procedure. It was really weird. But the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 28 de janeiro de 2021 levei minha mãe para fazer uma endoscopia minha mãe normal sem nenhuma dor ou qualquer sinal de que n estava bem entrou para fazer o exame e saiu com fortes dores que fazia ela gritar minha mãe saiu de cadeiras de rodas me orientaram a trazer minha mãe para casa e dar um Buscopan quando chegou em casa fiz oque me recomendaram e em menos de uma hora minha mae veio a óbito e não tenho nenhuma explicação do que possa ter acontecido e hoje muitas dúvidas e tristeza no meu coração
On January 28, 2021 I took my mother to have an endoscopy my normal mother without any pain or any sign that she was not well she entered to take the exam and left with severe pain that made her scream my mother left wheelchairs they guided me to bring my mother home and give a Buscopan when she got home I did what was recommended to me and in less than an hour my mother died and I have no explanation of what may have happened and today many doubts and sadness in my heart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma endoscopia e a anestesia não pegou, vi e senti todo o exame o que causou dor e encomodo, e mesmo assim ouvia a inferemeira me segurar e ficar falando alto que eu tinha que ficar calma, e assim continuaram o exame. Me senti desrespeitada e saí de lá com a gargata e o ouvido doendo. Fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento, já que dá outra vez fui atendida pela mesma profissional e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo.
I went to do an endoscopy and the anesthesia didn't catch, I saw and felt the whole exam, which caused pain and discomfort, and even then I heard the infernal hold me and keep talking loudly that I had to stay calm, and so the exam continued. I felt disrespected and left with my throat and my ear hurting. I was disappointed with the service, as it happens again, I was attended by the same professional and everything went well and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazia tratamento sempre no primeiro nunca tive problemas, mas ao agendar consulta a demora foi enorme, estava agendada para as 10:30 da manhã e já eram 12:30 e ainda não havia sido atendida. Clara a falta de profissionais para a demanda de atendimento e pior com horário MARCADO. Se não tem um quadro suficiente de funcionários pra atender, não deviam se comprometer com um número tão grande pacientes.
I always had treatment in the first one, I never had any problems, but when scheduling an appointment, the delay was enormous, it was scheduled for 10:30 am and it was already 12:30 and it had not yet been answered. There is a clear lack of professionals for the demand for care and worse with a MARKED schedule. If you do not have enough staff to attend, you should not commit to such a large number of patients.
