★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO CONVÊNIO. É uma demora sem fim para conseguir vaga pra marcar consulta. E sempre ligam exatamente no dia da consulta pra desmarcar a consulta e sem da a oportunidade de remarcar.
BAD AGREEMENT. It is an endless delay to get a spot to make an appointment. And they always call exactly on the day of the appointment to cancel the appointment and without giving the opportunity to reschedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plano de saúde péssimo .. fiz uma consulta no dia 15/02 fui da o retorno para o médico dia 11/03 DENTRO DO PRAZO DE RETORNO e a guia de autorização estava negada... Constantemente tenho problemas quanto a isso, em consultas na clínica da Intermed, fazem o agendamento para um horário (avisando que é por hora marcada) e o atendimento é horas depois... Uma vez tinha uma consulta agendada para 16.30 fui ser atendida 19 horas... PÉSSIMO PLANO DE SAÚDE, NAO INDICO E ESTOU IMEDIATAMENTE FAZENDO O CANCELAMENTO
Terrible health plan .. I made an appointment on 02/15 I went back to the doctor on 03/11 WITHIN THE RETURN DEADLINE and the authorization form was denied... I constantly have problems about this, in consultations at the Intermed clinic, they make an appointment for an appointment (warning that it is by appointment) and the service is hours later... Once I had an appointment scheduled for 4.30 pm I went to be seen at 7 pm... TERRIBLE HEALTH PLAN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I AM IMMEDIATELY CANCELING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia pra tudo, recepção lotada, médicos atrasam muito, não avisam, as recepcionistas só sabem dizer "aguarde" e vc fica na recepção feito besta! Nem cadeira pra sentar tem de tão lotado. O painel onde se vê a senha e o nome pro consultório é minúsculo e só tem um pra uma recepção enorme.
Lots of bureaucracy for everything, crowded reception, doctors are very late, they don't warn, receptionists only know how to say "wait" and you stay at the reception like a fool! Not even a chair to sit on is so crowded. The panel where you can see the password and name for the office is tiny and has only one for a huge reception.
