★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, porém muito demorado... Toda vez que venho está cheio, acredito até que não estejam cumprindo os normas da vigilância contra a pandemia... Marcam muitos pacientes no mesmo horário, nunca atendem na hora marcada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adiante ter uma clinica impecável, com equipamentos de ultima geração e médicos competentes, se não existe uma recepção eficiente que atenda o CLIENTE com rapidez e cordialidade.
O atendimento ao telefone é horrível.... e se você precisar de uma nota fiscal dos serviços prestados, exija na hora.... caso contrário, tenha bastante paciência....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível ligar neste lugar, 40 minutos e só linha ocupada, quando consegue atendem te deixam esperando até cair a ligação. Precisam urgente de uma novo sistema de telefonia e/ou treinar os profissionais.
Vou insistir porque meu cardiologista recomendou, mas vou relatar este problema a ele....
It's impossible to call in this place, 40 minutes and only the line is busy, when you get it, they leave you waiting until the call drops. They urgently need a new telephone system and/or training professionals.
