★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo . Você chega cedo, demora para atender na recepção e a fisioterapeuta fala que vc quem chegou atrasado. Falta de respeito com o paciente e com quem precisa acompanhar. Quase 40 minutos e não é a primeira vez. A tal da fisioterapeuta tem coragem de falar que é um caso atípico, Lamentavel.
 I do not recommend . You arrive early, it takes time to meet at the reception and the physiotherapist says that you are the one who arrived late. Lack of respect for the patient and for those who need to follow up. Almost 40 minutes and it's not the first time. This physical therapist has the courage to say it's an atypical case, Lamentable.

Marcaram a consulta da minha filha com a fonoaudióloga, sexta feira a qual imaginei que seria nesta pois na msg não fala q dia da sexta-feira, pois bem como conversei na segunda e a pessoa fala se pode ser na sexta-feira, (sem nenhuma data) é claro que iria imagina q seria da mesma semana.
Compareci na clínica com a minha filha, não conseguimos passar pela avaliação pois a “sexta feira “ seria somente em setembro. Por que q a atendente não informou nenhuma data?
moro longe, pedir tempo é uma falta de respeito com o paciente.
Creio que não fui a primeira e nem serei a única a passar por esse constrangimento, que vcs possam capacitar melhor os funcionários ,para melhor atendimento com os clientes/pacientes, entretanto está horrível e não recomendo para ninguém.

They scheduled my daughter's appointment with the speech therapist, which I imagined it would be on this Friday because msg doesn't say the day of Friday, as well as I talked on Monday and the person says if it can be on Friday, (no no date) of course i would imagine q would be the same week.
I went to the clinic with my daughter, we were unable to undergo the evaluation because “Friday” would only be in September. Why didn't the attendant inform any date?
I live far away, asking for time is a lack of respect for the patient.
I believe that I was not the first and will not be the only one to go through this embarrassment, so that you can better train employees, for better customer/patient service, however it is horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho medíocre da clinica! Atualmente no meu trabalho, mudei para escala 12x36 (Trabalho um dia sim e um dia não). Estava fazendo sessão todas as Quintas-Feiras, porém, devido a mudança de escala do meu trabalho, não iria conseguir ir todas as quintas. Solicitei um revezamento de dias com o profissional, onde, em uma semana ir nas Sextas-Feiras e a outra semana ir nas Quintas-Feiras e o mesmo, aceitou essa intercala na agenda dele, porém, a Clinica não quis dessa forma, assim, me retirando da agenda do profissional e nem se quer querer procurar uma solução para o meu problema. OBS: A nota é o trabalho da clinica, não dos profissionais.
Fiquei 3 meses e tive uma experiência horrível com o trabalho deles.
Mediocre clinic work! Currently in my work, I switched to 12x36 scale (I work every other day). I was doing a session every Thursday, however, due to the change in my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to go every Thursday. I requested an alternation of days with the professional, where, one week I would go on Fridays and the other week I would go on Thursdays and the same, he accepted this interim in his schedule, however, the Clinic did not want it that way, so, removing myself from the professional's agenda and not even wanting to look for a solution to my problem. NOTE: The note is the work of the clinic, not the professionals.
I stayed for 3 months and had a horrible experience with their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Particularmente gosto muito do atendimento. Chego na clínica e retiro a senha, não demora pra eu ser chamado no painel. A recepção até hoje me tratou com muita educação e cordialidade. Uma observação, quando a guia do convênio estiver para vencer, nos alertar uns dias antes da próxima consulta. Quanto ao atendimento é muito bom, passo com o Psicólogo Vitor. Um profissional fantástico.
I particularly like the service. I arrive at the clinic and remove the password, it doesn't take long for me to be called on the panel. The reception until today treated me very politely and cordially. A note, when the insurance guide is about to expire, alert us a few days before the next appointment. As for the service is very good, I go with the Psychologist Vitor. A fantastic professional.

Se tratando de atendimentos psicológicos, deveriam priorizar o bem estar do paciente, que os procura não por diversão, mas porque algo está acontecendo e estão precisando de ajuda, e fui tratada hoje com descaso e como apenas um número. Entreguei um encaminhamento pra atendente, e em momento nenhum foi me passado quando deveria entregar outro. Passei em 3 consultas apenas com a psicóloga, a quarta ela não me atendeu pq teve problemas pessoais e quando fui pra quinta, me disseram que não poderia passar pq tinha que renovar o encaminhamento. Sai do serviço, gastei gasolina e tempo e em momento nenhum me avisaram de quando deveria levar outro documento. Quando argumentei isso, disseram que não tem obrigação de avisar nada, que eu deveria saber! Em nenhum momento me senti acolhida, a coordenadora disse que não tinha obrigação ou culpa pela falta de informação dos atendentes ou por eu não saber (sem ninguém passar a informação) que deveria providenciar outro. Enfim, empatia zero pra uma clinica que deveria cuidar da gente, priorizar o bem estar dos pacientes. Se fui pra lá pra cuidar do meu stress e ansiedade, afirmo que lá ele piorou muito e me sinto bem pior de quando entrei. Me senti nada valorizada ou considerada. Não recomendo.
A clinic that fell into my concept. When it comes to psychological care, they should prioritize the well-being of the patient, who seeks them not for fun, but because something is happening and they need help, and today I was treated with disregard and as just a number. I delivered a referral to the attendant, and at no time was it passed to me when I should deliver another one. I went to 3 appointments only with the psychologist, the fourth one she didn't see me because she had personal problems and when I went to the fifth one, they told me that I couldn't go because I had to renew the referral. I left the service, I spent gas and time and at no time was I told when I should bring another document. When I argued this, they said that you have no obligation to report anything, that I should know! At no time did I feel welcomed, the coordinator said that she had no obligation or blame for the lack of information from the attendants or for me not knowing (without anyone passing on the information) that I should provide another one. In short, zero empathy for a clinic that should take care of us, prioritize the well-being of patients. If I went there to take care of my stress and anxiety, I can say that it got much worse there and I feel much worse than when I entered. I felt unappreciated or considered. I do not recommend.

Minha mãe está sendo feita de boba. Passou por avaliação em novembro do ano passado e até a primeira quinzena de janeiro não deram nenhum retorno. Precisei ir até a clínica e educadamente questionar a demora, após eu falar insistentemente com a atendente sobre a devolução das guias já assinadas pela minha mãe para procurarmos outro lugar para ela ser atendida, arrumaram uma vaga para o dia seguinte.
Tivemos que ir atrás de outro pedido médico e outras guias, pq as que ela havia levado e assinado já tinham "vencido".
Passando com a psicóloga em três sessões, a profissional parece não estar contente e o atendimento não tem sido satisfatório.
Triste situação para quem procura a clínica com o psicológico fragilizado, pq só piora o quadro da pessoa que quer se tratar, mas no local que busca tratamento só passa raiva.

I had to go to the clinic and politely question the delay, after I talked insistently with the attendant about returning the guides already signed by my mother so we could look for another place for her to be treated, they arranged a spot for the next day.
We had to go after another medical order and other guides, because the ones she had taken and signed had already "expired".
Spending three sessions with the psychologist, the professional seems not to be happy and the service has not been satisfactory.
Sad situation for those who seek the clinic with a weakened psychological, because it only worsens the condition of the person who wants to be treated, but in the place that seeks treatment, there is only anger.
