★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso reclamar do atendimento na recepção, foram bons e rápidos.
Mas a clínica precisa melhorar seus protocolos de entrega de exame. Ora, 5 dias para a entrega do resultado de um raio-x sem laudo é inadmissível. O tempo é importante para as pessoas, especialmente para as que estão acometidas de doença.
De quebra houve uma falha no serviço: fui liberado pelo operador do raio-x e depois, eu já em casa, me ligaram me dizendo que talvez precisassem fazer novas imagens.
Não pretendo retornar a tal lugar.
I can't complain about the service at the reception, they were good and fast.
But the clinic needs to improve its exam delivery protocols. However, 5 days for the delivery of the result of an x-ray without a report is inadmissible. Time is important for people, especially for those with illness.
As a bonus, there was a failure in the service: I was released by the x-ray operator and then, when I was at home, they called me saying they might need to take new images.
I do not intend to return to such a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O pessoal da recepção são bem simpáticos sabem atender os pacientes, porém os da clínica são péssimo. A moça que fica para fazer o atendimento no whatsapp piorou, péssimo quase 3 horas para responder uma mensagem, só visualiza.
A clínica vazia sem nenhum paciente eles não tem atendem, só ficam passeando pelos corredores. Não recomendo. Quem for se preparar para perder o Dia lá.
Terrible attendance. The reception staff are very friendly and know how to take care of patients, but the clinic staff are terrible. The girl who stays to do the service on whatsapp got worse, terrible for almost 3 hours to reply to a message, just see it.
The clinic is empty without any patients, they don't have care, they just walk through the corridors. I do not recommend. Whoever is preparing to miss the day there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção quanto no procedimento de Mamografia e Ultrassom de Tireóide, foi tudo rápido ... quanto a sua localização é de fácil acesso para todos pois fica no começo da Av. Dois de Julho enfrente ao Centro Jurídico e ao lado da Clínica Vitória; pra que vai de ônibus fica próximo ao Terminal de Ônibus. Tem entrada para cadeirante e estacionamento rotativo.... Parabéns à equipe de funcionários da Sonnar
Excellent service both at the reception and during the Mammography and Thyroid Ultrasound procedure, everything was quick ... as its location is easily accessible for everyone as it is at the beginning of Avenida Dois de Julho facing the Legal Center and next to the Clinic Victory; for those traveling by bus, it is close to the Bus Terminal. It has entrance for wheelchair users and rotating parking.... Congratulations to the Sonnar team of employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal da recepção foram bastante atenciosos e rápidos, porém o atendimento na clínica ao fazer os exames um pouco ríspido. E atendimento pelo whatsapp deixou muito a desejar, pois só responderam no dia seguinte pra fazer um orçamento.
The reception staff were very attentive and fast, but the service at the clinic when doing the exams was a little harsh. And whatsapp service left a lot to be desired, as they only responded the next day to make a quote.
