★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei 10 sessões de de fisioterapia, onde fui extremamente bem atendido por todas as profissionais (ambiente limpo, profissionais muito educadas e dedicadas).
Posteriormente realizei o tratamento com o Recupero, com a profissional Juliana onde mais uma vez fui muito bem atendido e estou extremamente satisfeito com o tratamento.
I performed 10 physiotherapy sessions, where I was extremely well attended by all the professionals (clean environment, very polite and dedicated professionals).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha está aguardando um retorno pra iniciar a fisioterapia fazem 3 semanas. Não posso opinar sobre o serviço mas o primeiro atendimento e a primeira impressão foi péssima. Tudo pelo whatsapp, demoram pra retornar, isso qdo retorna. Não fazem a menor questão de prestar atendimento.
My daughter is waiting for a return to start physical therapy for 3 weeks. I can't comment on the service but the first service and first impression was terrible. All by whatsapp, they take time to return, that's when it returns. They don't even care about providing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompreensível uma clínica de reabilitação em ortopedia, não ter como parar carro para descer um paciente de andador, muletas etc.
Impossível para carro enfrente da clínica, pois os manobristas estão fazendo suas manobras com carros estacionados na frente e muitas vezes, como hj, parei para descer meu marido, que esta de muleta, devido uma cirurgia pé, e um outro carro que estava parado e pretendia estacionar de ré na vaga, jogou carro encima de mim, estressado achando que eu iria estacionar...sendo que venho 3 x na semana, deixo ele e venho buscar depois.... e em ambas circunstancias tenho dificuldades de parar no local.
O manobrista do estacionamento pago em frente a clínica, poderia deixar o meio fio da RUA disponível para que possamos fazer o embarque e desembarque de pessoas. Para isso, não é necessário ação da prefeitura. O espaço de uma carro ,apenas, já seria suficiente....

The valet of the paid parking in front of the clinic, could leave the curb of the street available so that we can do the embarkation and disembarkation of people. For this, no action by the municipality is necessary. The space of a car, just, would be enough....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciênte a mais de 8 anos e a qualidade do serviço caiu muito, erros atrás de erros da recepção, fisioterapia sem a qualidade de antes. Se os medicos querem continuar com o serviço, acho bom pensar em como melhorar o relacionamento com o paciente. Dos médicos nao tenho o que reclamar, porem se antes de passar com eles o atendimento é pessimo, a gente desiste de chegar até eles.
I am patient over 8 years and the quality of service has fallen a lot, errors behind reception errors, physical therapy without the quality before. If doctors want to continue with the service, I think good think about how to improve the relationship with the patient. The doctors have not to complain, however before you spend with them the service is pessimo, we give up to get to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente a mais de 10 anos, e parte de fisioterapia era excelente hoje vem caindo muito de qualidade, no entretenimento com os pacientes, erros atrás de erros da recepção, nesta terça fui para a fisioterapia como combinado, mais quando cheguei para fazer, a fisioterapeuta disse que meus dias da semana era de segunda e quinta. não é a primeira vez que acontece este tipo de erro, falta de comunicação e administração péssima por parte de todos envolvidos. Se os médicos querem continuar com o serviço, acho bom pensar em como melhorar o relacionamento com o paciente. Dos médicos não tenho o que reclamar, porem se antes de passar com eles o atendimento é péssimo. AI IRÃO ESCREVER COMO PARA TODOS E NÃO AGEM COMO TEM QUE AGIR, MELHORAR. FICAM EMPACADOS NO MESMO JEITO. ( Estamos sempre em busca do melhor para o nosso paciente!)

I've been a patient for over 10 years, and part of physiotherapy was excellent, today the quality has been dropping a lot, in entertainment with patients, errors after errors in reception, this Tuesday I went to physiotherapy as agreed, but when I arrived to do it, the physical therapist said my weekdays were Monday and Thursday. this is not the first time that this type of error has happened, lack of communication and bad administration by everyone involved. If doctors want to continue with the service, I think it's good to think about how to improve the relationship with the patient. I have nothing to complain about the doctors, but if before going with them, the service is terrible. THEY WILL WRITE AS FOR EVERYONE AND DON'T ACT AS YOU HAVE TO ACT, IMPROVE. THEY ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME WAY. ( We are always looking for the best for our patient! )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em julho_2021 realizei um tratamento de ondas de choque, sendo que fiz o devido pagamento e até agora, depois de insistentes cobranças não recebi minha nota fiscal. Me parece que estão sonegando impostos e o pior me prejudicando para confecção do meu imposto de renda. Aline e tentei falar com a gerente Helena, que não resolveram a questão. Muito desagradável pensar que o Dr. Victor está com uma equipe administrativa que denigre a imagem da empresa.
