Na primeira vez levei meu pet que estava doentinho e foi super bem atendido, ótimos profissionais, atendimento além de profissional aconchegante, fui uma vez e sempre que preciso seja p o banho ou acompanhamento mantenho a mesma clínica , não só pelo custo que é um dos melhores praticado no mercado da região , mas , tbm pela forma que meu pet é tratado, ele é cm um filho para mim e o tratou bem é o mesmo que cmg.
Enfim só experiências boas.

The first time I took my pet who was sick and was super well attended, great professionals, service in addition to warm professional, I went once and whenever I need it for a bath or follow-up I keep the same clinic, not only for the cost, which is one of the best practiced in the market in the region, but also because of the way my pet is treated, he is a son to me and treated him well is the same as cmg.
Anyway just good experiences.

Excelent reception! You can trust this clinic, I took my elderly dog in the emergency room with intoxication and everything went well !! I highly recommend it! It had fast and great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito maltrada pelo veterinário, meu cachorro havia ficado doente e com a imunidade baixa nao podendo tomar banho, logo depois fui lá no pet shop deles tosar meu cachorro, porém nessa tosa tiveram cortes na orelha dele e no rabo, logo em seguida fui la no veterinario para ele olhar as feridas e fui muito humilhada e maltrada por ele. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSE VETERINÁRIO nem se quer examinou meu cachorro. Foi extremamente grosseiro.
I was very badly beaten by the vet, my dog had become ill and with low immunity, unable to bathe, right after I went to their pet store to trim my dog, but in that shear there were cuts in his ear and tail, then I went there at the vet for him to look at the wounds and I was very humiliated and mistreated by him. NEVER GO BACK IN THIS VETERINARY I don't even examine my dog. It was extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um reembolso e infelizmente até agora não saiu , observação já até entrei a medicação pois o cachorro que foi atendido morreu no mesmo dia horas depois...
I needed a refund and unfortunately so far it hasn't come out, observation I even started the medication because the dog that was treated died on the same day hours later...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Doutor Otávio é o melhor veterinário que já fui atendido, muito claro quanto ao tempo de tratamento, medicamentos utilizados, na estrutura para receber nossos pets é OTIMA, com certeza super indico. O preço da consulta, medicamentos é barato.
Doctor Otávio is the best veterinarian I have ever been seen, very clear about the time of treatment, medications used, in the structure to receive our pets is OTIMA, certainly super recommended. The price of the consultation, medicines is cheap.

Funcionários sem uniforme
Atraso para abertura do local
Falta de máscaras nas pessoas no ambiente fechado e muita gente junto proxima em plena pandemia.
