★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim... A Veterinária me pediu vários exames do meu cãozinho , e quando enviei para avaliação simplesmente me deram um encaminhamento para o endócrino, ou seja, nada a declarar, e por descuido também ao passar pela recepção entregaram uma receita de outro pet.
Não recomendo ! Nada confiável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção noturna está de Parabens !! Fui uma vez na parte da manhã e fui super mal atendida pela atendente Carol !!! Mas na parte da noite fui atendida por um menino super simpatico e compreensivel ! Parabens aos veterinários, todos muito atenciosos !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te chantagiam emocionalmente para você fazer os procedimentos mais caros! Perdi uma gata com eles e até agora nem soube dizer qual doença ela tinha, fizeram ela ficar internada, transfusão de sangue, comprar remédio e comida do mais caro por fora, e não fizeram nem o exame específico para saber de qual doença se tratava, para assim fazer o tratamento correto. Ficaram enrolando com ela, com todos esses procedimentos caros até ela ficar bem fraca pra no fim oferecer o sacrifício (pago a parte tbm)... não recomendo internações, se o caso do seu pet for grave procure um especialista confiável!
They emotionally blackmail you into doing the most expensive procedures! I lost a cat with them and so far I couldn't even tell what disease she had, they made her stay hospitalized, blood transfused, buy medicine and food from the most expensive outside, and they didn't even take the specific exam to know what disease it was, to make the correct treatment. They were screwing with her, with all these expensive procedures until she was very weak to offer the sacrifice in the end (paid part too)... I don't recommend hospitalizations, if your pet's case is serious, look for a reliable specialist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção um desastre! Uma senhora na parte da tarde, quando íamos chegando ela estava num canto fumando. Aí entrou pra ficar na recepção, não abre a boca. Só fala "oi" não sabe dizer boa tarde, em quer posso ajudar ou algo do tipo. Depois baixa a cabeça e fica no celular, ouvindo áudio alto. Quando aparece um dos profissionais lá é que ela disfarça e larga o celular. Várias "médicas" não educadas, saem e olham com cara de nojo, não sabem cumprimentar as pessoas, que são essas que as mantém ali.
