Hospital com mais de 100 funcionários, onde não se consegue achar uma pessoa que te passe uma informação coerente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bem localizado, mas com muita aglomeração, na pediatria, havia apenas 01 média pediátrica, para atender em média 49 crianças, tempo médio de espera 2 horas.

Bad experience once again! Bad smell right at the entrance, air conditioning turned off in the Pediatrics PS on the 4th and a very long delay of approximately 2hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem zelado, super limpo e com segurança, atendendo todos os protocolos de segurança. Atendimento rápido e com cortesia e profissionalismo. Nas consultas agendadas e no atendimento de emergência, a demora depende do momento, mas nunca tive que esperar muito para ser atendido. Possui muitas especialidades para consultas e exames no local. Bem localizado, fica muito próximo da estação Tatuapé do metrô e tem estacionamento pago, porém acessível, bem ao lado. Recomendo.
Well-kept place, super clean and safe, meeting all security protocols. Quick service with courtesy and professionalism. In scheduled appointments and emergency care, the delay depends on the moment, but I never had to wait long to be seen. It has many specialties for consultations and exams on site. Well located, it is very close to the Tatuapé subway station and has a paid but accessible parking right next door. I recommend.

Domingo 15/11/21, tive uma péssima experiencia hoje nesse local. Cheguei nesse hospital as 18:50hs fui levar meu pai idoso, cadeirante, paciente com Parkinson 77 anos de idade, pra tomar um medicamento endovenoso(so pode ser administrado no hospital).Chegando la primeiramente não tem manobrista tive que deixar meu pai na recepção e ir estacionar o carro ha uns 200mts do local ,ate ai Ok.
Ao ser atendida na recepção a atendente simplesmente me disse que o setor de medicação fechava as 19:00horas e não iria me atender naquele horário, lembrando que faltava 10 minutos ainda, ou seja, muito má vontade, eu insisti com ela explicando que tinha vindo de longe, que meu pai era idoso, cadeirante, que era um trabalho danado levar ele ate o hospital sozinha, que eu tinha acabado de sair do serviço so poderia levar ele no hospital naquele horário, mas enfim ela recusou nos atender.
Sai de la decepcionada e nunca fui tão mal atendida na minha vida, fiquei muito chateada voltei pra casa chorando, não por mim, mas pelo meu pai ter passado por esse constrangimento.
Lembrando que o convenio dele custa 3800 reais por mês, pagamos e quando precisamos de uma simples aplicação de um medicamento, nos negam dizendo que faltam 10 minutos pra encerrar o plantao.
* liguei no convenio Amil antes de ir ate o hospital e me disseram que poderia ir no hospital qualquer horário pois o local funciona 24horas.
Nao recomendo esse local pra ninguém, péssima atendimento funcionários mal treinados e preguiçosos.

Sunday 15/11/21, I had a bad experience today in this place. I arrived at this hospital at 6:50 pm I went to take my elderly father, wheelchair, Parkinson's patient, 77 years old, to take an intravenous medication (it can only be administered in the hospital). Arriving there, there is no valet parking, I had to leave my father at the reception and go park the car about 200mts from the place, until there Ok.
When I was seen at the reception, the attendant simply told me that the medication sector closed at 7:00 pm and would not see me at that time, remembering that there was still 10 minutes to go, that is, very unwillingly, I insisted with her explaining that I had come from afar, that my father was elderly, wheelchair-bound, that it was a hell of a job to take him to the hospital alone, that I had just left work, I could only take him to the hospital at that time, but she finally refused to see us.
I left it disappointed and I've never been so poorly served in my life, I was very upset and came home crying, not because of me, but because my father went through this embarrassment.
Remembering that his agreement costs 3800 reais a month, we pay and when we need a simple application of a drug, they refuse us saying that there are 10 minutes left to finish the shift.
* I called the Amil agreement before going to the hospital and they told me I could go to the hospital at any time because the place is open 24 hours a day.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, poor service poorly trained and lazy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um filho com necessidades especiais e no dia 5 do 12 de 2021 1 hora da manhã Dei entrada na emergência com o meu filho que teve convulsão. Então fiquei das 01:06 até 01:38 o médico de plantão não apareceu pois o mesmo estava dormindo Então retirei meu filho do hospital porque o médico não quis atender meu filho.meu plano é Amil one e pago caro.
Não recomendo a Amil pra ninguém foi um descaso negligência médica
She has a child with special needs and on the 5th of the 12th of 2021 1 am I was admitted to the emergency room with my son who had a seizure. So I stayed from 01:06 to 01:38, the doctor on duty didn't show up because he was sleeping. So I took my son out of the hospital because the doctor didn't want to see my son. My plan is Amil one and I pay dearly.
I don't recommend Amil to anyone it was a negligence medical negligence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pra ninguém pior que o sus minha filha queimando de febre ,médicos na sala trancados dizendo não ter sistema e os que estão com sistema não chamar ninguém recepção abandonada sem nenhum funcionário nem pra informações carniceiro fui embora sem ser atendido conforme as fotos com horários cheguei 16:18 saído sem ser atendido as18:50
I don't recommend it to anyone worse than sus my daughter burning with fever, doctors in the room locked saying they don't have a system and those with a system don't call anyone abandoned reception without any employee or for information butcher I left without being attended according to the photos with schedules I arrived at 4:18 pm left without being attended at 6:50 pm
