Excellent service, when I was working from home I needed more speed and the request was answered immediately, Vilma is always ready to help. I'm always seeing CNT employees repairing cables that have been broken in the street by trucks. I only run out of internet when the power goes out ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, descaso com o cliente e suporte técnico ineficiente. Estou desde sábado sem internet. Eu dependo totalmente dela para trabalhar, não sei mais o que fazer. Sábado eu tentei ligar para o suporte, mas eles sequer tem atendimento após as 18h. No domingo eu liguei pra eles, e expliquei que precisava da Internet com muita urgência, e me falaram que abririam um chamado para resolver o meu problema o mais rápido possível. Hoje já é terça feira e ninguém veio na minha casa ou resolveu o problema. Agora precisarei fazer um registro na anatel, visto que já se passaram 48h, prazo máximo para o suporte resolver o problema.
Poor customer service, lack of customer service and inefficient technical support. I've been without internet since Saturday. I totally depend on her to work, I don't know what else to do. Saturday I tried to call support, but they don't even have service after 18:00. On Sunday I called them, and explained that I needed the Internet very urgently, and they told me that they would open a call to solve my problem as soon as possible. Today is Tuesday and no one came to my house or solved the problem. Now I will need to register with anatel, since 48 hours have passed, the maximum period for support to solve the problem.
