★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No de 08.06 .2019 fiz um pedido para a troca de um roteador com o funciona Paulo que min garantiu a presença de um técnico no mesmo dia fiquei o sábado todo esperando o técnico por volta das 4:45 com tanto atraso do técnico resolvi liga novamente o Sr Paulo min informou que não era possível a presença do técnico que só viria na segunda feira a rap 10 e uma empresa que não tem comunicação interna fica aí para que for contrastar esta empresa para que saibam do descaso para com os clientes ñ recomendo a ninguém a passa por tamanho descaso quando for contra serviços desta empresa pense duas vezes deve haver empresa melho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima internet, não tem um dia sequer que funcione direito. Em casa são três celulares e mais nada, vc não consegue assistir um video sem dar problema. E a gente nunca consegue ligar lá.

A internet cai com frequencia, ficando até 10 horas sem sinal.
O valor, porém, sempre é cobrado integral, bem caro.
Outro problema é a dificuldade em configurar portas para jogar online; eles usam um sistema fechado. Pena que nao tenho outra opção.
My experience is being quite bad in the first 03 months.
The internet drops frequently, leaving up to 10 hours without signal.
The amount, however, is always charged in full, very expensive.
Another problem is the difficulty in configuring ports to play online; they use a closed system. Too bad I have no other option.
