★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo ficamos interessados em um imóvel que esta disponível para aluguel. Foi informado as possibilidades para alugar como Seguro Fiança, Fiadores e Título de Capitalização. Fizemos o cadastro para Seguro Fiança e foi reprovado sem nenhuma justificativa, falaram sobre alugar através de fiadores, enviamos TODAS as documentações necessárias. Recebemos um retorno da imobiliária dias depois informando não aceitar o serviço através de fiadores, após o envio de TODA a documentação. Achei muito estranho essa postura nada PROFISSIONAL e duvidosa, afinal foi informado que não aceitaria aluguel através de fiadores APÓS O ENVIO DE TODAS AS INFORMAÇÕES DOS MESMOS.
Enviei uma mensagem solicitando uma explicação e fiquei sem retorno. Hoje alugamos outro imóvel por outra imobiliária e mais conceituada, fizemos o seguro fiança, ou seja, foi aprovado.
Péssima experiência. Avaliações sem critérios e sem justificativas.
Não recomendo.
My fiance and I are interested in a property that is available for rent. The possibilities for renting as surety bond, guarantors and capitalization bonds were informed. We registered for Surety Bond and it was rejected without any justification, they talked about renting through guarantors, we sent ALL the necessary documentation. We received a return from the real estate agency a few days later informing us not to accept the service through guarantors, after sending ALL the documentation. I found this unPROFESSIONAL and dubious attitude very strange, after all, he was informed that he would not accept rent through guarantors AFTER SENDING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM.
I sent a message asking for an explanation and got no response. Today we rented another property by another and more reputable real estate company, we took out the surety bond, that is, it was approved.
Bad experience. Evaluations without criteria and without justifications.
I do not recommend.
