★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em 07/01/22 no setor de Peças e Serviços, pouco antes das 8 hs da manhã, onde havia uma funcionaria e um funcionário, deviam ser atendente e consultor, e apesar de vazio,a funcionária diz que não tem como atender, só com hora marcada. A impressão que senti foi de má vontade,posso até estar errado, mas foi assim que me senti, tudo bem, levarei em outra concessionária para efetuar a revisão de meu veículo.

Meu carro foi batido, e o conserto-junto com a revisão- foi feito em tempo record (em comparação com outras marcas). As áreas falam entre si (no meu caso funilaria e mecânica), o que dá agilidade no processo e evita chamadas via telefone. Recomendo 100%.

I would like to share a report from a satisfied customer: Honda Caiuás' after-sales service is exceptional. My car was crashed, and the repair-along with the overhaul- was done in record time (compared to other brands). The areas talk to each other (in my case the body shop and mechanics), which speeds up the process and avoids phone calls. I recommend 100%.
