★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem localizado, fica próximo a três estações de metrô, rua 25 de Março, Praça da Liberdade entre outros pontos turísticos da capital Paulista, não possui estacionamento, mas nas proximidades há diversas opções.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício em si é ótimo, aluguel justo e os valores do condomínio e gás são variáveis , muitos mercadinhos, pizzarias , pradarias próximos e fácil acesso ao centro e metrôs, o deixa muito a desejar é a vizinhança , muito barulho nas madrugadas de sons de carros e bares e muitos moradores de outros prédios vizinhos pensam que as ruas são seus depósitos de lixo pessoais ,muita sujeira mesmo nas ruas e calçadas,como a maioria está acostumada não existe a preocupação de informar a subprefeitura muito aos síndicos dos respectivos condomínios ocasionadores desta sujeira.
The building itself is great, fair rent and condominium and gas prices are variable, many grocery stores, pizzerias, nearby prairies and easy access to downtown and subways, it leaves a lot to be desired is the neighborhood, a lot of noise in the early hours of the sounds of cars and bars and many residents of other neighboring buildings think that the streets are their personal garbage dumps, a lot of dirt even on the streets and sidewalks, as most are used to, there is no concern to inform the sub-prefecture very much to the administrators of the respective condominiums that caused this dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola pessoal, morei neste prédio no ano de 1983/84, tinha 7 anos, até hoje tenho lembranças não muito boa, mais não esqueço, tinha um zelador que se chamava sr Burrego , falecido, alguem se lembra ??? outra coisa por ter 7 anos não lembro do apto, e o andar acho que era 17º , alguem poderia investigar para mim ? se pedirem a direção do predio eles devem ter, o nome é wanda ferreira voce,ou antonio voce filho, hoje moro na cidade de Campo Belo-MG, SE LIGAR DAQUI ELES NÃO DÃO INFORMAÇÕES. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os moradores desse prédio é muito inadequados, falta senso comum! Infelizmente estou generalizando. Trabalho em home office e é quase impossível fazer reuniões, pq quando não é um som extremamente alto das 15:00 e vai até as 18:00 ou mais, é a mulher apanhando, vizinho gritando... Péssimo além do bairro ser extremamente sujo, muito lixo na rua coco de cachorro...
The residents of this building are very inadequate, they lack common sense! Unfortunately I am generalizing. I work in a home office and it's almost impossible to hold meetings, because when it's not an extremely loud sound from 3:00 pm and goes on until 6:00 pm, it's the woman being beaten, the neighbor screaming... Terrible, besides the neighborhood being extremely dirty , a lot of garbage on the street coconut dog...
