★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net vai todo dia eu ligo, mando msgs mas sempre é a msm resposta , oq me deu impressão foi que nem eles sabem resolver o problema dessa internet, uso 10 megas mas aparenta ser 1mg, caí todo instante isso chega até estreessar pq você paga 60 reis todo mês certinho e a Net não ajudar fica só caindo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um ótimo custo benefício e o atendimento ao cliente é muito eficiente. O único problema é que as vezes na madrugada dá umas caídas isso só aconteceu poucas vezes e faz tempo que não acontece. Mas nada que chegue perto dos problemas de outros provedores. Pelo menos na connex a gente sabe que nosso problema vai ser resolvido o mais breve possível

Foi instalado o pacote pela manhã e no mesmo dia a tarde já ficamos sem internet e a noite a qualidade estava péssima, sendo que eu contratei o pacote de 200 Mbps. Eu passei a noite toda reiniciando o roteador, mas não adiantava de nada.
Já fiz o pedido de cancelamento no dia seguinte.
Não indico.
Horrible internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já contratei internet, menos de um mês de uso a internet oscilou mais do que foi utilizada. No notebook não funcionava liguei pra lá pra reclamar informaram que era um erro técnico, mas a noite estaria normal, viajei voltei de viajem e a mesma coisa. Fui cancelar informaram que existe uma quebra de contrato, que não me deram nada pra assinar, resolvi tudo pelo whatsapp pra instalação e nada de me avisaram sobre a multa. Falaram que entraram em contato comigo pra informar nem ligação tem. Ou seja empresa que não tem qualidade no atendimento e na entrega

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marcaram pra realizar minha instalação desde a semana passada. Disseram que iriam na terça e não foram. Me fizeram desmarcar compromissos, inclusive de trabalho, para irem na quarta e novamente não foram. Zero compromisso com o cliente. Se está assim no momento da contratação, imagina quando precisar de reparo. O colega de trabalho informou que usa, que ligou pra reclamar das quedas constantes e o dono disse que se está achando ruim cancele.
Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They scheduled to perform my installation since last week. They said they would go on Tuesday and didn't go. They made me cancel appointments, including work, to go on Wednesday and again they didn't. Zero commitment to the customer. If you are like this when hiring, imagine when you need repair.
