★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior agência que eu já vi em minha vida. Comprei meu carro tem vinte dias nesse lugar. Depois do sétimo dia, não consegui mais andar com o carro. Diversos e mais diversos problemas, devo ter ido até a agência depois da compra umas seis vezes, na última semana meu carro ficou de segunda até sexta na agência, para fazer conserto e reparos, peguei o carro ainda pior, nada foi feito e agora para encerrar, o carro esta com a junta de cabeçote queimada ou seja você deixa o carro lá e eles nem encostam, um total descaso e desrespeito com o cliente. Eles não estão nem aí para o que esta acontecendo, apenas pedem para deixar o carro lá. Sem prazo de entrega, sem noticia, sem uma solução, sem absolutamente nada!
Em esclarecimento ao comentário dado como resposta! Se aproveitaram de minha necessidade, pois a compra do veículo foi feita para trabalho e me venderam um carro sem nenhuma manutenção, de altíssima quilometragem, mais como foi por indicação minha ida até lá( erro meu), me deixei levar pela conversa. Tenho provas do que estou dizendo, já que estão me chamando de mentiroso. Documentos que compravam minha ida até o local, quantas vezes tive que gastar dinheiro com uber para ir e vir da agência e como até hoje não tive meu problema resolvido e nesse exato momento o carro se encontra na agência. Um carro que foi comprado com a maior dificuldade do mundo, uso próprio e trabalho, para demais sustento e que em vinte dias, foi utilizado apenas uma vez, para essa finalidade. Pois está mais uma vez na agência para mais um concerto que (dizem que iram fazer). Na minha saída da agência, após ter deixado o carro lá, dizia o gerente que não irei citar o nome, que iria mandar foto lo carro sendo todo vistoriado e me daria uma posição até o termino do horário comercial sem falta. Pois estou aguardando até agora. Total descaso sim com o cliente. Falo e repito.

A car that was bought with the greatest difficulty in the world, for own use and work, for other sustenance and that in twenty days, was used only once, for this purpose. Well, it's once again at the agency for another concert that (they say they're going to do it). On my way out of the agency, after leaving the car there, the manager said that I will not mention the name, that he would send a photo of the car being inspected and would give me a position until the end of business hours without fail. Well, I'm still waiting. Total disregard for the customer. I do and I repeat.
