★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sem internet há mais de uma semana, entrei em contato varias vezes pelo whatsapp e entre as duas pessoas diferentes que me atenderam depois do seu "Bom dia" não falavam mais nada do que um texto copiado de outra conversa que devia ter o mesmo motivo.Tive que vir Central da empresa para resolver meu problema e a Beatriz que foi a atendente do dia finalmente pode resolver meu problema em poucos minutos se prontificando a resolver o problema e não ficar perguntando o que aconteceu...
Deixo aqui meu elogio para ela como uma não só uma profissional preparada mais também alguém que se coloca no lugar do próximo. Muito obrigado Beatriz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tenho a mais de um ano e nada mudou , vc tenta resolver as coisas pelo WhatsApp eles demoram muito para te responder, é quando responde. Eles te tratam como se fosse um favor que estão fazendo para você. .. se eu pudesse dar nenhuma estreia daria , mas não dá. ?
I've had more than a year and nothing has changed, you try to solve things through WhatsApp they take a long time to answer you, that's when you answer. They treat you like it's a favor they're doing you. .. if I could make any debut I would, but it doesn't. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A velocidade da internet quando funciona, é boa. Mas todo restante é bem ruim, para de funcionar com facilidade e o atendimento para quem já é cliente é pessimo. O preço nào é dos mais baratos para poder passar por isso. Não recomendo, não renovarei meu contrato com eles.
The internet speed, when it works, is good. But everything else is pretty bad, it stops working easily and the service for those who are already a customer is terrible. The price is not the cheapest to go through it. I don't recommend it, I won't renew my contract with them.

Antes de fechar a internet te tratam super bem, após demoram muito para atender, não resolvem os problemas, a internet é instável!
Estou a 10 dias sem internet, os técnicos vão a casa e nem sempre conseguem resolver.
A empresa é péssima! Não contratem!
Too bad! If I could give zero I would! I hired the company in October/2021 and I don't want it anymore!
Before closing the internet they treat you very well, after they take a long time to answer, they don't solve the problems, the internet is unstable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrível, sempre fico sem internet! E sempre que entro em contato pra saber o que está acontecendo, diz que está em manutenção, melhor parar de prestar serviço já que não serve pra nada!
Horrible internet, I always run out of internet! And whenever I get in touch to find out what's going on, it says it's under maintenance, better stop providing service as it's useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vai fazer 48 horas que estou sem internet e os técnicos não vieram na residência, trabalho com a internet e estou com meu emprego em risco por conta da incompetencia dos mesmos. Whatsapp não adianta que eles não respondem. Te tratam como se fosse um favor que estão fazendo sendo que é um serviço caro. Estarei entrando em contato com a Anatel sobre os mesmos, e pedirei cancelamento da mesma assim que possível. Internet porca no qual eu não recomendo pra ninguém
It will be 48 hours since I have no internet and the technicians have not come to the house, I work with the internet and my job is at risk because of their incompetence. Whatsapp does not help that they do not respond. They treat you like it's a favor they're doing when it's an expensive service. I will be contacting Anatel about them, and I will ask for their cancellation as soon as possible. Dirty internet which I don't recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Internet não é ruim ..porém a assistência técnica é horrível e o contato com a empresa pra reparos pior ainda ..eu fiquei 8 dias sem Internet mandaram técnico e não resolveram,sempre tive que ir até a empresa por que por WhatsApp e telefone e impossível o contato com a mesma...
As atentedes são mau preparadas não sabem da uma resposta para o seu problema.vc vai até a empresa pra pedi assistência técnica por que é o único meio de contato que é atendido eles enviam o técnico na sua casa 16:00 e eles não resolvemos nada muitas das vezes vão embora do poste mesmo sem nem falar nada com o cliente.. uma falta de responsabilidade enorme com o cliente fazem um contrato pra manter vc preso a eles sendo que eles mesmo não pregam o que esta no contrato ...depois de 8 dias sem Internet cá estou eu novamente sem a mesma ...
