★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, sem educação, sem um pingo de vontade de ajudar o cliente, perguntei se tinha determinado produto falou que não tinha, e depois eu fui ver que tinha na vitrine.

A moça que me atendeu completamente sem educação nenhuma, me tratou muito mal por um problema que era muito fácil de solucionar. Sem contar que perguntei quanto ficava para trocar a tela do meu celular e ela nem sabia o preço do serviço e me falou um valor que se eu pegasse mais 100 reais comprava um celular do mesmo modelo novo, totalmente despreparada!
Caso ela veja esse comentário, gostaria de dizer que ela tome cuidado como ela trata os clientes com diferença, pois, não devemos julgar alguém pela forma que essa pessoa está vestida, espero que melhorem nesse quesito,mas nunca mais entrarei nessa loja!

The girl who attended to me completely without any education, treated me very badly for a problem that was very easy to solve. Not to mention that I asked how much it was to change my cell phone screen and she didn't even know the price of the service and told me a value that if I took another 100 reais I would buy a cell phone of the same new model, totally unprepared!
In case she sees this comment, I would like to tell her to be careful how she treats customers differently, because we shouldn't judge someone by the way that person is dressed, I hope they improve in this regard, but I will never enter this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em novembro de 2021 solicitei os serviços da empresa Conserta Smart Atibaia , no qual na primeira vez deu um problema no celular depois de ser ''consertado'' , assim que era conectado o carregador no celular ele travava e não funcionava mais, depois de algumas tentativas foi solucionado, dia 16 de janeiro de 2022 a tela começou com um inicio de descolamento, procurei a empresa no dia e ela já estava fechada, no dia 17 de janeiro a tela descolou completamente do celular caindo em cima da mesa e vindo a quebrar, no dia 18 de janeiro procurei a assistência técnica e ele me informou que não poderia realizar a troca mesmo dentro do prazo de garantia já que houve a quebra da tela, informai a ele que a tela quebrou pois caiu ao descolar sendo então culpa da má assistência anteriormente feita por ele, ele me informou que mesmo sendo culpa da tela que desgrudou completamente, eu deveria ter entrado em contato com ele antes, informei a ele a data que aconteceu onde o estabelecimento estava fechado e mesmo assim ele se recusou a me dar a garantia do produto.
Não recomendo, pois por um produto de má qualidade instalado por ele a tela veio a ter a queda e ele não se responsabiliza!
In November 2021 I requested the services of the company Fixes Smart Atibaia, in which the first time there was a problem with the cell phone after being ''fixed'', as soon as the charger was connected to the cell phone it crashed and did not work anymore, after a few attempts was solved, on January 16, 2022 the screen started with an early detachment, I looked for the company on the day and it was already closed, on January 17, the screen completely detached from the cell phone falling on the table and coming to break , on January 18th I looked for technical assistance and he informed me that he could not make the exchange even within the warranty period since there was a breakage of the screen, I inform him that the screen broke because it fell when taking off, being then the fault of the bad assistance previously made by him, he informed me that even though it was the fault of the screen that completely came off, I should have contacted him before, I informed him of the date that happened where the establishment was closed do and even then he refused to give me the product warranty.
I do not recommend, because for a poor quality product installed by him, the screen came to have the fall and he is not responsible!
