★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, estive na loja da rua da Mooca hoje, 17/12/2019, levei meu aparelho Samsung A50 pq as câmeras não estavam funcionando pois tomei chuva e acabou molhando um pouco. O técnico, que segundo o site da empresa deveria ser engenheiro pois é a propaganda da empresa, informou que fez alguns testes e comprovou que as câmeras estavam queimadas e que só a Samsung teria essas câmeras e deveriam ser muito caras. Recorri a outra assistência técnica para ter outra opinião e em 45 minutos o técnico fez uma simples limpeza onde gastei apenas 60 reais e resolveu o problema. Resumo: ou não sabem o que estão fazendo ou não queriam ter trabalho. Jamais recomendaria.

Bad experience, I was in the store of Mooca Street today, 17/12/2019, took my Samsung A50 device because the cameras were not working because I showered and ended up wetting a little. The technician, who according to the company's website should be an engineer because it is the company's propaganda, said he had done some tests and proved that the cameras were burned out and that only Samsung would have these cameras and should be very expensive. I used another technical assistance to have another opinion and in 45 minutes the technician made a simple cleaning where I spent only 60 reais and solved the problem. Summary: Either they don't know what they are doing or they didn't want to have work. Would never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o celular para conserto, o mesmo apresentou falha apos 15 minutos de conserto. Ao deixar novamente pegaram meu chip e meu cartão de memoria e nunca mais deram conta das peças. Agora desapareceram do endereço...procurem outra assistência técnica....
I left the cell phone for repair, it failed after 15 minutes of repair. When I left again they took my chip and my memory card and never took care of the parts again. Now they have disappeared from the address...look for other technical assistance....
