I WAS ATTENDED, I CHANGED THE SCREEN OF A MOBILE PHONE, AND WITH LESS THAN A WEEK THE SCREEN CRACKED AGAIN WITH THE NORMAL USE OF THE DEVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY TASKS AND WILL LOOK FOR MY RIGHTS IN JUSTICE.

Manchas na película por uso e não na tela como me devolveram no aparelho. Veja na OS pois foi visto e salientado isso antes da entrega. Sobre a incapacidade técnica da empresa em apontar um problema, abrir o aparelho, nao fechar corretamente e danificar a tela... lamento por mim em acreditar nessa empresa. Mas em breve o seu jurídico será acionado. Não recomendo essa empresa.

Stains in the film by use and not on the screen as they returned me in the device. See on OS as it was seen and highlighted this before delivery. About the technical inability of the company to point out a problem, open the device, not close properly and damage the screen ... I am sorry for believing in this company. Entendo perfeitamente a alta do dolar. Mas cobrar mais de 200 reais para um trabalho de literalmente 5 minutos (salvar o software mais recente e colocar um pen drive no aparelho para ele mesmo instalar) não tem muita relação com dólar... Gosto de pagar os profissionais especificos para cada trabalho, mas dessa vez acho que me tiraram de desentendida, e entendo muito bem funcionamento dessa área, pelo menos o mínimo para saber que estou sendo passada a perna.

Average service. But too abusive budget.
I fully understand the rise in the dollar. But charging more than 200 reais for a job of literally 5 minutes (saving the latest software and putting a pen drive in the device to install it yourself) doesn't have much to do with the dollar ... I like to pay the specific professionals for each job, but this time I think I was misunderstood, and I understand very well how this area works, at least the least to know that I am being misled.
