Após longa discussão, decidiram trocar.
Peguei um item do mesmo valor pois nada na loja me agradava.
Ao voltar para realizar a troca novamente além de muito mal atendida, fui lesada pois não há nada no mesmo valor na loja, e se negam a devolver o dinheiro.

I got an item of the same value because nothing in the store pleased me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço lamentável... na hora de vender é tudo lindo, precisou trocar o atendimento é precário(01/03 12:00). A vendedora apenas falava que não tinha nada no meu número e que eu teria que esperar a próxima coleção, porém dessa forma iria sair no prejuízo, onde itens de nova coleção são mais caros. Solicitei estorno da compra e a mesma disse que não era possível. Fui a loja da prego do shopping iguatemi para realizar a troca, ótimo atendimento e realizaram a troca pra mim.
Disappointing service... when selling everything is beautiful, had to change the service is precarious(01/03 12:00). The saleswoman just said that there was nothing in my number and that I would have to wait for the next collection, but that way I would be at a loss, where new collection items are more expensive. I asked for a refund and they said it was not possible. I went to the nail store at the iguatemi mall to make the exchange, great service and they made the exchange for me.
