★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site do visto eletrônico deu problema e a embaixada não tem autonomia pra resolver nada. Perdemos a passagem. Que atendeu o pessoal foi o segurança e não saberia informar. Tudo era culpa do governo mexicano

Vocês não tem pena das famílias não? Quantas famílias estão sendo afetadas pelos grandes prejuízos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito/ descaso Total. Só poderia ser no Brasil!! Demora responder e-mail, horário de atendimento de apenas meio período, fui atendida no meio da calçado com risco de ser assaltada, através de uma fresta/ janelinha do portão, os horários demonstrados em um papel fixado no portão divergem do real, e fui informada que os 3 números de telefones disponíveis estão quebrados / inativos desde Novembro/2021.
 Total disrespect/ neglect. It could only be in Brazil!! It takes a long time to respond to e-mails, opening hours are only part-time, I was attended to in the middle of the shoes at risk of being robbed, through a crack/window of the gate, the times shown on a paper fixed to the gate differ from the real one, and I was informed that the 3 available phone numbers are broken / inactive since November/2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total, me admira as autoridades brasileiras permitirem um consulado do México aqui no Brasil que trata brasileiro como lixo.
Os funcionários (não to me referindo aos seguranças) do consulado são extremamente arrogantes, parece que estão ali por obrigação.
Espero que as autoridades brasileiras competentes resolva este descaso o mais breve possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst consulate ever. Poor service and arrogant staff. Nobody answers the phone. Asked me to pick up visa on a certain date and had to go back two times instead with no result. At the end the visa was refused without a reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going there to get my visa, I read all website and tried to contact them many times. However, they did not answer the phone neither the e-mail. So, I collected all documents specified in their website. After traveling 700km from my home town to the Mexican embassy, they said they need not only my Work Card, but my wife's too. Why? No idea! She's a housewife and the job offer was for me. I spent a couple of days there waiting for my wife's Work Card to arrive. Once we brough the Work Card, the embassor insulted us because HIS employers were too slow to process the documentation, and then he sent us home on Friday. We had to spent a whole weekend at SP. They are inefficient, extremely rude and arrogant. Something that could've take 2 days, took us 2 weeks. I've been to 3 different embassies, and none of them I was so mistreated as in the Mexican.
