★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que deixo minha bicicleta elétrica nesta loja, e pela segunda vez tive uma péssima experiência. Há mais semana estou aguardando a chegada de novos raios da minha bicicleta, que seriam produzidos pela fabricante, conforme promessa da loja e instalados em seguida. Solicitei que o serviço fosse realizado o mais breve possível, pois realizo serviço de delivery no meu estabelecimento comercial com a bike, e só hoje fui informado de que não estavam conseguindo comprar o raio, que na verdade eles mesmos iriam produzir e que a máquina estaria com defeito, ou seja me enganaram com a promessa de que viria algo original, agora foi dito que o produziriam, mas que não podiam mais porque a máquina estava com defeito. Falta de compromisso, responsabilidade e PRINCIPALMENTE TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR, enganado e iludido com falsas promessas. NÃO RECOMENDO E ACONSELHO QUE BUSQUEM OUTRO LUGAR PRA CONSERTO, pois falta profissionalismo e ética nesse lugar!

Lack of commitment, responsibility and MAINLY TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CONSUMER, deceived and deceived by false promises. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND ADVISE YOU TO SEE ANOTHER PLACE FOR REPAIR, as there is a lack of professionalism and ethics in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me roubaram nesse lugar, me venderam uma carregador 48v de litio sendo q era de chumbo. Tinha um adesivo em cima escrito litio que eles mesmo colaram. Bando de ladroes e bandidos, nao recomendo este lugar, zero confiavel. Quando abordei na loja eles disseram q era isso msm e que o chumbo servia pro litio e vice verca. Um absurdo! Vai rolar processo
Chequem seus carregadores, fui dito por um vendedor na loja que ja venderam varios dessa forma. Se alguem ja passou por isso com eles tambem, vem falar cmg!
They robbed me in that place, they sold me a 48v lithium charger, which was made of lead. There was a sticker written on top of it that they glued themselves. Entretanto, isso não me isenta de, como consumidor de produtos e serviços, observá-los e aos funcionários. O atendimento é extremamente cortês, receptivo e simpáticos, características que muito me agrada. Todos demonstram profundo conhecimento do ofício, bikes e peças, fundamental em qualquer atividade dessa natureza. A julgar pela procura, pelo movimento, os serviços propostos são bem executados. Faço questão de opinar e indicar. Os que lá forem comprovarão este depoimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Com meu tio consertaram uma coisa e problematizaram outra para ele ter que voltar. Da última e única vez que fui deixei trocando umas peças, quando retornei ainda estavam terminando, então adiantei o pagamento, depois disso ficaram de má vontade para terminar o que estava sendo feito, querendo largar o serviço incompleto e os parafusos na minha mão, já tinham recebido, então pra quê fazer o serviço né. Nunca mais retornarei, serviço porco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento primeiro pelo preço estive dia 22/2 trocando uma câmera de ar paguei 25 hoje já me cobraram 30 beleza questionei paguei e na realidade o rapaz viu que o problema não era a câmera e sim os raios ele tem meu numero poderia ter entrado em contato avisando que se colocasse uma câmera nova iria furar novamente o que ele fez colocou a câmera mandei o Funcionario ir fazer a entrega furou de novo mandei voltar lá ele cometeu o mesmo erro colocou outra câmera por essa não cobrou mais teve a cara de pau de avisar não colocar peso pois o problema era os raios enfim liguei o atendimento foi péssimo a pessoa gritando ao telefone e eu tentando explicar que eu tinha a roda completa e ele teve a cara de pau de falar que eu teria que pagar mais 40 ou seja total 80 reais porque agora o mundo deve ser dos espertos péssimo atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired 6 bikes for Private use around Rio.
The staff were very friendly but spoke little English. Mostly communicated through Google translate.
We needed 6 bikes of any standard to follow light cycle paths around the beach areas. We booked them the day before and they showed us the bikes. They were a little old but fully functional.
The hire day we arrived and all 6 bikes had new tyres and some wheels fitted. They also had new brake blocks.
No deposit required we left and came back after 4 hours.
The bikes were fine, with a little catching and strange noises but did the job for us.
We paid a slightly higher price than others with better bikes but this shop was close to our hotel.
Overall good value for money and good service. Dont expect new bikes but they are fine for a slow ride around the coast.
This store also sells ebikes.
