★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciamos o processo com a Crediall por indicação. A empresa nos enviou um passo a passo errado para a concretização do financiamento. Posteriormente nos cobrou dinheiro, sendo que esse não foi o acordado (o banco que teria que pagá-los). Nos informaram erroneamente a etapa que se encontrava o financiamento junto ao banco (precisamos ligar para o banco para entender o processo). Cada hora me passam para uma pessoa diferente da empresa, que cada vez sabe menos sobre o andamento do processo. Atrasou o andamento porque não conferiu as assinaturas das testemunhas e o documento PPE, fazendo com que eu e os vendedores fôssemos novamente ao cartório. Cobrou pelo envio de documento ao banco. Atrasou novamente porque não conferiu o RGI no qual tinha o meu nome errado. Não façam com essa empresa!!!!! Só dor de cabeça!!!!!
O meu processo está parado. Pior empresa que eu já vi.
We started the process with Crediall by appointment. The company sent us a wrong step by step towards the completion of the financing. Later, he charged us money, which was not what was agreed (the bank that would have to pay them). We were wrongly informed of the stage of financing with the bank (we need to call the bank to understand the process). Each hour passes me to a different person in the company, who knows less and less about the progress of the process. It delayed the progress because it did not check the witnesses' signatures and the PPE document, causing me and the sellers to go back to the notary's office. Charged for sending the document to the bank. It was delayed again because it didn't check the RGI which had my wrong name. Don't do it with this company!!!!! Just a headache!!!!!
My process is stopped. Worst company I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São inacreditáveis. O nível é tão baixo que não cabe mensurar. Desculpas, enrolação, mentiras para ganharem tempo. Processo atrasado é pouco, incompetência mesmo.
Estou há 2 meses tentando finalizar o financiamento da compra de um imóvel. Chegaram no nível de deixar certidão do imóvel expirar.
Não quero ter essa empresa às frente de uma negócio nunca mais. Melhor fazer por conta própria. Imobiliária deveria escolher melhor seus correspondentes.
They are unbelievable. The level is so low that it cannot be measured. Excuses, stalling, lies to buy time. Late process is not enough, even incompetence.

I don't want to have this company running a business ever again. Better to do it on your own. Real estate should better choose its correspondents.

Super indico, principalmente pra quem não tem conhecimento de compra e venda de imóveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Infelizmente" sou um cliente que trabalho no ramo imobiliário e tenho a total ciência e contatos em cartórios para saber que a Credial atrasou todo o processo, desde o envio de documentações até o registro e prestação de conta. Basicamente tive que entrar em contato quase todos os dias para tentar acelerar cada etapa, mas a empresa tem poucos funcionários interessados em entregar um serviço de qualidade. Setor de registro é uma lentidão terrível, despachante nunca responde por e-mail. Seria bem mais fácil eu ter feito todo o registro por conta própria, pois basicamente fiz todo o processo entrando em contato com cartório, acelerando o processo, verificando as pendências, etc. mas o pior setor de todos é o financeiro, prestação de conta, responsável nada simpática, assistência horrível ao cliente, e já tem mais de 30 dias que o meu processo foi finalizado e não fizeram o reembolso. Tem mais de 15 dias que consegui que essa responsável me enviasse o e-mail informando sobre os valores que serão reembolsados, mas tem 15 dias que não consigo conato com a mesma para me informar o prazo do deposito. Empresa tem uma excelente estrutura, diversos funcionários e setores, mas infelizmente a maioria deles estão pouco se importando em prestar um serviço de qualidade.
"Unfortunately" I am a client who works in the real estate business and I have the full knowledge and contacts in notaries to know that Credial delayed the entire process, from sending documentation to registration and accountability. Basically I had to get in touch almost every day to try to speed up each step, but the company has few employees interested in delivering a quality service. Registry sector is terribly slow, dispatcher never responds by email. It would have been much easier for me to have done all the registration on my own, as I basically did the entire process by contacting the notary, speeding up the process, checking the pending issues, etc. but the worst sector of all is the financial, accountability, responsible person not friendly, horrible customer service, and it's been more than 30 days since my process was finalized and they didn't refund. It has been more than 15 days since I managed to get the person responsible to send me the email informing me of the amounts that will be refunded, but it has been 15 days that I cannot contact her to inform me of the deposit term. The company has an excellent structure, several employees and sectors, but unfortunately most of them do not care about providing a quality service.
