★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem servido e gostoso. Atendimento mais ou menos. Vc quase tem que gritar pra olharem para vc e virem anotar seu pedido. Mas tem Boa variedade de crepes, 3 tipos de massas. Gostei bastante e voltarei.
 Well served and tasty. More or less service. You almost have to shout to look at you and take your order. But it has a good variety of crepes, 3 types of pasta. I really liked it and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente não sou muito de reclamar, muito menos ter o trabalho de vir no Google escrever um texto. Sempre que penso nisso bate uma preguiça. Mas não posso deixar de registrar o PÉSSIMO atendimento do Crepe Locks do Botafogo Praia Shopping. Trabalho em uma empresa próxima ao shopping, e por isso, naturalmente, almoço lá com frequência. Tanto eu quanto meus colegas de trabalho temos várias histórias de como somos simplesmente ignorados pelos garçons. É sempre uma luta para conseguir o cardápio, uma espera infinita para fazer os pedidos. Hoje, depois de 25 minutos tentando, desisti e fui comer em outro lugar. O pior de tudo é ouvir dos meus companheiros de trabalho: "Lá eles são assim mesmo".
Não sei se é problema dos funcionários, se eles não recebem um bom treinamento, se o fluxo de pessoas é muito grande. Mas vocês precisam rever isso com urgência.
I'm usually not much to complain about, much less have the trouble of coming to Google to write a text. Whenever I think about it, laziness hits. But I can't fail to register the BAD Crepe Locks service at Botafogo Praia Shopping. I work at a company near the mall, so of course I have lunch there often. Both me and my co-workers have several stories of how simply ignored by the waiters. It's always a struggle to get the menu, an endless wait to place orders. Today, after 25 minutes of trying, I gave up and went to eat somewhere else. Worst of all is hearing from my fellow workers: "There they are anyway."
I don't know if it's a problem for employees, if they don't receive good training, if the flow of people is too large. But you need to review this urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a reforma da praça de alimentação do shopping, eles mudaram o cardápio. Além dos tradicionais crepes, agora eles possuem mais opções de refeições rápidas ou lanches. Continuam com o bom atendimento. No dia que fui, eles tavam com problema de abastecimento (não tinha batata no momento), mas foram solícitos para fazer a substituição do acompanhamento. Os preços são bons e vale a pena experimentar.
After renovating the mall's food court, they changed the menu. In addition to traditional crepes, they now have more options for quick meals or snacks. They continue with the good service. On the day that I went, they had a supply problem (there was no potato at the moment), but they were solicitous to replace the accompaniment. Prices are good and worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é maravilhosa, o atendimento é bom quando o shopping nao esta cheio, mas as vezes deixa a desejar. O que mais me incomodou foi que numa epoca de tanto consumo consciente eles deem talheres plásticos pra cada crepe que vc pede. Pedi 2 e meu namorado tb. Foram 4 pares de talher plastico. Muito desperdício. De nada adianta tirar o canudo plastico e colocar talheres descartáveis.
The food is wonderful, the service is good when the mall is not full, but sometimes leaves something to be desired. What bothered me most was that in a time of so much conscious consumption they give plastic cutlery for every crepe you ask for. I ordered 2 and my boyfriend also. There were 4 pairs of plastic cutlery. Too much waste. There is no point removing the plastic straw and placing disposable cutlery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido nessa loja no dia de hoje através do Ifood. O pagamento foi feito no cartão, a loja aceitou o pedido e constava que estavam preparando. Até aí tudo certo, estava aguardando meu pedido chegar. Sem nenhuma explicação, o estabelecimento cancelou o meu pedido 45 minutos após ele ter sido feito. O tempo de entrega previsto era de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Quando a loja cancelou o pedido 45 minutos depois, sem o mínimo de explicação ou consideração, ela foi desrespeitosa para comigo, o cliente. Eu estava com fome quando pedi a comida. Estou com mais fome ainda agora, e só 45 minutos depois que a loja resolveu simplesmente que não ia mandar o que comprei?! É total descaso, falta de respeito, falta de profissionalismo. Absurdo demais!
I placed an order at this store today through Ifood. Payment was made on the card, the store accepted the order and it was said that they were preparing. So far so good, I was waiting for my order to arrive. Without any explanation, the establishment canceled my order 45 minutes after it was placed. Estimated delivery time was approximately 30 minutes. When the store canceled the order 45 minutes later, without the slightest explanation or consideration, she was disrespectful to me, the customer. I was hungry when I ordered the food. I'm even hungrier now, and only 45 minutes after the store simply decided that it wouldn't send me what I bought?! It's total disregard, lack of respect, lack of professionalism. Too absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crepelocks used to be my favorite creperie and I've been a client for several years, specially for their excellent customer service... Unfortunately, in the past years, it seems they got more expensive and less qualified. Crepes are dry and lighter, they're always missing ingredients, service is extremely slow and not attentive at all... It's very frustrating! =\
