 Koni was once good, but now terrible quality. Crispy ingredients that were made the day before, look like rubber.

A entrega do Koni por si só já é furada faz tempo, agora junto com o Uber Eats e ficou pior.
Fiz meu pedido as 20:25h me prometeram meu pedido para as 21:05.
Eu recebi a mensagem que o Daniel estava pegando meu pedido desde as 20:30h.
Quando foi chegando perto do horário de entrega (21:05) o horário foi alimentando e aumentando até que…
“NÃO FOI POSSÍVEL ENTREGAR O PEDIDO DE KONI (BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING).”
Sério!? Que incompetência e falta de cuidado com o cliente.
Já estava no muro com vocês agora que não gasto mais meu dinheiro com vocês.
Boa sorte pra quem fica!

“CANNOT DELIVER THE ORDER TO KONI (BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING).”
Serious!? What incompetence and lack of customer care.
I was already on the wall with you now that I don't spend my money on you anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compreendo o que acontece com o Koni. Senti falta do sabor. Aquela folhinha verde que envolve os ingredientes estava borrachuda. Se me disserem que não é comestivel essa "folha", vou acreditar, pois é difícil de morder. Falta asseio no local. O estabelecimento é pequeno e o cheiro de fritura é muito marcante. Deveriam ter um exaustor instalado. A demora na entrega do pedido desanima. O padrão de qualidade diminuiu bastante, o que me deixa insatisfeita, pois gostava muito das refeições oferecidas no Koni.
I don't understand what's going on with Koni. I missed the taste. That little green leaf that surrounds the ingredients was rubbery. If they tell me that this "leaf" is not edible, I will believe it, because it is difficult to bite. There is no cleanliness on site. The establishment is small and the smell of frying is very strong. They should have an exhaust fan installed. The delay in the delivery of the order discourages. The quality standard has dropped a lot, which makes me dissatisfied, as I really liked the meals offered at Koni.
