★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entramos na loja, dois atendentes com clientes e nenhum dos dois sequer olhou para nós nem p perguntar do que precisávamos. Ficamos uns 10 minutos em pé, sem receber um "Boa tarde"! Conduta muito estranha, questionável... Muito indiferentes... Desistimos e saímos !!
 We entered the store, two attendants with customers and neither of them even looked at us or asked what we needed. We stood for about 10 minutes, without receiving a "Good afternoon"! Very strange, questionable conduct ... Very indifferent ... We gave up and left !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendente sem profissionalismo algum, cvc caiu no meu conceito devido a pessoas incapazes de atender bem o cliente . Não coloco meus pés nesse lugar nunca mais, não recomendo, se precisarem da cvc procurem outra loja, onde ao menos respondam sua mensagens e te avisem com antecedência sobre mudança de horários de voos e eventuais ocorrências que possam te causar muita dor de cabeça!
Lousy service, attendant without any professionalism, cvc fell in my concept due to people unable to serve the customer well. I never put my feet in that place again, I do not recommend it, if you need the cvc look for another store, where at least answer your messages and warn you in advance about changing flight schedules and possible occurrences that may cause you a lot of headaches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que , franquiaram a CVC nunca foi a mesma , atende o necessário e nada mais de diferencial e falo com propriedade porque já fechei pacotes em lojas diferentes.
After they franchised CVC it was never the same, it meets the necessary and nothing else differential and I speak with property because I have already closed packages in different stores.

Cheguei lá pedi indicação de dada e hotel e recebi um "você que tem que me dizer" se for pra pesquisar eu escolhendo data e hotel eu faço direto no site, não preciso de uma agencia de viagens!! As pessoas acreditam que é perda de tempo oferecer algo para alguém que talvez não vá comprar, mas tem gente que está disposta a pagar e eu estava! DECEPCIONADA, sai de lá morrendo de raiva!
One of the attendants didn't quite understand her role. I got there, I asked for an indication of data and hotel and I received a "you have to tell me" if it is to search I choose date and hotel I do it directly on the website, I don't need a travel agency!! People believe it's a waste of time to offer something to someone who might not buy it, but there are people who are willing to pay and I was! DISAPPOINTED, leave there dying of rage!
