★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As 2 vezes que fiz o pedido pelo ifood foram péssimas. Carne dura no pedido do dia 16/07 e hoje 09/08 nunca comi um filé de frango à milanesa tão duro e oleoso que foi impossível de cortar com uma faca afiada. o preço permanece o mesmo, mas a qualidade caiu drasticamente.
 The 2 times I ordered through ifood were terrible. Tough meat on the order of 7/16 and today 8/9 I have never had a breaded chicken fillet so tough and oily that it was impossible to cut with a sharp knife. the price remains the same, but the quality has dropped dramatically.

I didn't like the food came cold and it came wrong, the steak was Milanese and they sent a tasteless meat without being Milanese, friendly service but 1 only cashier to take order and collect I won't be back…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26/05/2022 fui ao Patroni filial no shopping eldorado… entrei na fila e havia uma moça antes de mim, ela foi atendida e ao retirar o pedido eu vivenciei uma das coisas mais absurdas.. era uma mulher trans e que foi chamada pelo pronome masculino, caso vocês não saibam transfobia é CRIME!!! No momento eu não tinha entendido mt bem oq ocorreu mas depois as duas atendentes conversaram debochando da situação, falaram que tinham chamado “senhor” e a moça havia respondido “é senhora”. Tudo em um tom absurdamente debochado, o cozinheiro rindo e encarando a moça, as atendentes rindo como se não fosse algo triste e horrível sabe ? Assim que fui pegar meu pedido fiz quentão de falar que era um absurdo oq fizeram, que era crime e me arrependo de não ter chamado a polícia e procurado a moça, que saiu super desconfortável! Enfim não volto mais, só fico imaginando se essas pessoas são capazes de fazer isso em um ambiente de trabalho, com clientes em volta, imagina oq não fazem quando estão sozinhos.
On the 26/05/2022 I went to the Patroni branch at the eldorado mall... I got in line and there was a girl before me, she was answered and when I took the order I experienced one of the most absurd things.. it was a trans woman who was called by the male pronoun, in case you don't know transphobia is a CRIME!!! At the time I didn't understand very well what happened but then the two attendants talked mocking the situation, said they had called “sir” and the girl had replied “is ma'am”. All in an absurdly mocking tone, the cook laughing and staring at the girl, the attendants laughing as if it wasn't something sad and horrible, you know? As soon as I went to get my order, I said that it was absurd what they did, that it was a crime and I regret not having called the police and sought out the girl, who left super uncomfortable! Anyway, I won't be back, I just wonder if these people are capable of doing this in a work environment, with customers around, imagine what they don't do when they're alone.
