It does not matter what time of day it is during the week. You do not have the least respect with locals when you allow music and tables on the sidewalks even after 1 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem muita higiene no cuidado com a casa, as mesas de fora, por exemplo, poderiam ter uma cobertura de papel, já que passar o dia inteiro na rua. Em uma das vezes que fui guardavam instrumentos musicais em cima das mesas dentro do salão. O frango que pedi, nas duas vezes que comi lá vieram crus e tiveram que voltar para a cozinha. Foi desagradável não poder comer todo o prato junto. A equipe é atenciosa, mas a gerência é amadora.
There is not much hygiene in the care of the house, the tables outside, for example, could have a cover of paper, since to spend the whole day in the street. One of the times I went I kept musical instruments on the tables inside the hall. The chicken I ordered, the two times I ate there came raw and had to go back to the kitchen. It was unpleasant not being able to eat the whole dish together. The staff are friendly but the management is amateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legal! Fui num domingo, tinha um samba rolando. Mas, eu achei poucos garçons para atender, eles se esforçam, mas tudo demorava muito. O banheiro também não fica limpo.
Nice! I went on a Sunday, there was a samba going on. But, I found few waiters to attend, they try hard, but it took too long. The bathroom is not clean either.
