★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estou aqui nesse momento 26/07/21. Cheguei 8:40h e até agora só fiz um exame, sao 11:46h. Se vc nao perguntar toda hora vc fica largado esperando. E pra minha surpresa a atendente nao marcou um dos exames q eu tinha que fazer e ngm te ajuda em nada. Um descaso total. Nunca mais apareço aqui. Marquem em outra unidade pq aqui nao presta. Ainda ficam pedindo nota de avaliação. Experiencia horrível. Pra quem vem e tem que trabalhar depois, esquece. Nao venham!
 Terrible attendance. I'm here right now 7/26/21. I arrived at 8:40 am and so far I have only taken one exam, at 11:46 am. If you don't ask all the time, you're left waiting. And to my surprise, the attendant didn't schedule one of the exams I had to take and she doesn't help you with anything. A total disregard. I never show up here again. Check in another unit because here is no good. They are still asking for an evaluation note. Horrible experience. For those who come and have to work later, forget it. Don't come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que era so comigo mas pelos comentariod é normal, pedem pra chegar cedo e te fazem esperar mesmo a sala de exame estando vazia e medico batendo papo, ao reclamar da demora fazem o exame de qualquer jeito, enviei reclamacao e nada, vou pagar exame em outro lugar, nao da pra confiar ! Surreal a decadencia da CDPI
I thought it was just me but from the comments it's normal, they ask you to arrive early and make you wait even though the exam room is empty and the doctor chatting, when complaining about the delay, they do the exam anyway, I sent a complaint and nothing, I'll pay for the exam in another place, you can't trust! Surreal the decadence of the CDPI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência!! Provavelmente o pior lugar para fazer um exame no Rio de Janeiro. Melhor das hipóteses você vai esperar 1h! Na pior o médico nem vai aparecer (ou chegar mais de 2h atrasado). Não recomendo nem se morasse do lado!!
Bad experience!! Probably the worst place to get an exam in Rio de Janeiro. Best case you will wait 1h! At worst, the doctor won't even show up (or be more than 2 hours late). I don't even recommend it if you live next door!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o paciente . Marcam horário para exame, pedem para chegar com 20 min de antecedência, porém você não é atendido no horário marcado.. Não é a primeira, e nem a segunda vez que isso acontece. Da última vez, fiquei 1 hora além do meu horário para ser atendida. E hoje parece que será a mesma coisa. Cheguei as 11:20.. e até agora não fui chamada, perguntei se iria demorar para ser chamada e informaram q teria q aguardar ainda uns 50 min.. DESCASO TOTAL!!
Disregard for the patient. They schedule an exam, ask to arrive 20 minutes in advance, but you are not attended at the scheduled time. It is not the first, nor the second time that this has happened. Last time, I was 1 hour beyond my schedule to be seen. And today it looks like it will be the same thing. I arrived at 11:20 am and so far I haven't been called, I asked if it would take time to be called and they informed me that I would have to wait another 50 min.. TOTAL NECESSARY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito amplo, bonito, porém o mais importante o exame, deixou a desejar.
Péssimo atendimento, nunca fiz um exame tão rápido em toda a minha vida.
Uma espera terrível para o exame em si não levar em 5 minutos.
Que analise da para fazer dessa forma ?
Por isso vemos tantos laudos inconclusivos e diagnósticos falhos.

Very wide place, beautiful, but the most important, the exam left something to be desired.
Poor service, I have never had a test done so quickly in my life.
A terrible wait for the exam itself not to take 5 minutes.
What analysis can you do that way?
That's why we see so many inconclusive reports and faulty diagnoses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje 26 dez 21 no CDPI MDX para fazer 3 ultras e mamografia. local amplo com muitos atendentes. Cheguei 30 minutos antes do horário marcado. Fui rapidamente e muito bem atendida tanto pelas funcionárias e médicos
I was today 26 Dec 21 at the CDPI MDX to have 3 ultrasounds and a mammogram. large place with many attendants. I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I was quickly and very well attended by both the staff and doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 10/02 sai da minha cidade em direção ao Rio de Janeiro para realizar vários exames no MDX da Barra. À noite, exatamente às 20:34 recebi uma ligação desmarcando todos os meus exames.
Achei uma falta de respeito apesar da paciência da atendente.
Today, February 10th, I leave my city for Rio de Janeiro to perform several exams at the MDX da Barra. In the evening, at exactly 8:34 pm, I received a call canceling all my exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Não volto e não indico a ninguém! Total desrespeito ao cliente, que em conformidade com o que é pedido na marcação, chega antes do horário...
O que se espera é que seja atendido, pelo menos, no horário marcado. O que não ocorreu!!! Informações falsas de possibilidade de encaixe me foram passadas pelas atendentes e não fui informada de que já havia atraso no atendimento. Esperei por quase duas horas. Se não havia possibilidade de encaixe, não deveria ter recebido essa informação. Perdi duas horas de trabalho sem necessidade. Todos que chegaram depois de mim passaram na minha frente. Alguns foram chamados e nem haviam terminado seu atendimenro no balcão. Ao chamar a supervisora - Thais, a mesma perguntou se haviam me falado que estava com atraso e expliquei que me disseram que se houvesse a possibilidade, eu seria atendida antes do horário. Ela disse, então, que não importa a hora que você chega. Se está no seu horário, você é chamado - na tentativa de explicar o porquê de todos estarem passando na minha frente. Disse que meu horário era o último e eu teria que esperar... ou seja, não resolveu nada...os outros, então, tinham que ser atendidos no horário...e eu, não?! Porque não fui atendida no meu!

Because I was not answered in mine!
