★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via whatsapp pior do que péssimo. Demoram mais de 2 horas para responder CADA mensagem apesar de estarem online o tempo todo. Deixei explicado o que eu queria da maneira mais clara e simples possível mas os atendentes conseguem complicar e lá se vão mais 2 horas .Se chegar próximo ao horário das 16 horas pode ter certeza que vão te atender só no dia seguinte próximo ao meio dia.
A qualidade do medicamento é boa ao que tudo indica. Apenas atendimento péssimo.
Service via whatsapp worse than terrible. It takes more than 2 hours to reply to EVERY message despite being online all the time. I explained what I wanted in the clearest and simplest way possible, but the attendants manage to complicate things and go there for another 2 hours. If you get close to the 4 pm time, you can be sure that they will only see you the next day around noon.
The quality of the medicine is good, it seems. Just lousy service.
