Perguntei se iria demorar e me disseram que a moça era rápida, em 50 minutos de atendimento ela só havia serrado a unha e tirado a cutícula de metade (em vários locais em 40 minutos a pessoa já termina todo o serviço) eu avisei que tinha pressa e não poderia continuar. A mesma disse "não é minha culpa sua unha que é toda comida" e deu uma risada. fiquei chateada pela pessoa ter feito pouco de mim e zombado. Recusei o esmalte e sai com a unha pela metade. paguei pelo serviço completo mesmo não utilizando o mesmo e tendo sido mal tratada pela "profissional". Não esperava e fico decepcionada por precisar procurar outro local para fazer depilação.
I've been waxing there for a while and always liked but this time I asked to do the nail. I asked if it would take and was told that the girl was fast, in 50 minutes of care she had just sawed the nail and taken half of cuticle (at various sites in 40 minutes a person has finished all the work) I told you was in a hurry and could not continue. She said "it's not my fault your nail is all food" and laughed. I was upset that the person made fun of me and mocked. I refused the nail polish and left with a half nail. I paid for the full service even though not using it and having been treated badly by the "professional". I did not expect and I am disappointed that I need to look elsewhere for hair removal.
