★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inacreditável como nunca atende no horário marcado, um atraso de 5, 10 ate 20 minutos é aceitável, mas 01h20 de atraso, e passando pessoas que estavam agendadas em horários posterior ao meu só porque era particular “pagando R$ 350,00) é uma falta de respeito. Moro no Capão Redondo, das 4 vezes que fui a clinica procurei agendar em um horário para fugir de todo o trânsito da marginal na volta, o que com o atraso de sempre acabava não adiantando nada e eu demorando muito para retornar.
Quanto ao trabalho do Dr Nilton, nada a reclamar.
Mas sugiro que corrijam o problema com a agenda, médico bom, clinica com ambiente agradável, boa localização, mas sempre atrasa e o atendimento e não é pouco, confirmando os comentários que encontrei na internet sobre os atrasos.

Voltei ao consultório, o Dr Nilton (pai)disse que estava tudo normal. Depois de mais 2 dias, meu dedo estava roxo, inchado e com muita dor. M

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Nilton Filho é um excelente profissional. Tive unha encravada por mais de um ano e passei por podólogas e pelo menos 4 dermatologistas diferentes, sendo que nenhum deles conseguiu resolver meu problema. Duas consultas e uma cirurgia e meu problema foi resolvido.
Dr. Nilton Filho is an excellent professional. I had an ingrown toenail for more than a year and went through podiatrists and at least 4 different dermatologists, none of which managed to solve my problem. Two appointments and a surgery and my problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento dos médicos mas a recepcionista deixa muito a desejar com o cliente, acredito que seja importante quando tiver algum imprevisto da parte dos médicos a recepcionista ir até o cliente e informar que haverá atraso.
Até chegarmos ao dermatologista, a recepcionista é o cartão de visita da empresa. Ouvir dela que não tem tempo pra ficar vendo a agenda do médico não é um jeito adequado de falar com o cliente. A recepcionista me falou que o valor da consulta particular não seria cobrado porque iria fazer um procedimento estético. Um dia antes da consulta outra recepcionista sem muita paciência me liga falando que a informação dada foi errada porque a outra recepcionista é nova. Agora me pergunto, quanto a recepcionista que se diz mais velha na empresa, ainda não aprendeu a ser educada com o paciente?
Quando você passa com os médicos da clínica, no meu caso só passei com o Dr. Nilton (PAI) e a Dra. Sharon, é completamente surpreendido pela educação, atenção e empenho de atender. Resumindo, são excelentes profissionais e você tira a má impressão que a clínica passa por conta do atendimento na recepção.
Great service from the doctors but the receptionist leaves much to be desired with the client, I believe it is important when you have some unforeseen part of the doctors the receptionist go to the client and inform that there will be delay.
Until we get to the dermatologist, the receptionist is the company's business card. To hear from her that she does not have time to look at the doctor's schedule is not an appropriate way of talking to the client. The receptionist told me that the value of the private consultation would not be charged because it would do an aesthetic procedure. One day before the appointment another receptionist without much patience calls me saying that the information given was wrong because the other receptionist is new. Now I ask myself, how much the receptionist who says she is older in the company, has not yet learned to be educated with the patient?
When you go with the clinic doctors, in my case I just spent with Dr. Nilton (PAI) and Dr. Sharon, you are completely amazed by the education, attention and commitment to attend. In short, they are excellent professionals and you make the bad impression that the clinic passes through the attendance at the reception.

Equipe totalmente comprometida e atenciosa. Todas as vezes que fui lá, fui prontamente atendida! O Dr Nilton Filho além da experiência naquilo que faz, é muito gentil. Meu irmão de 8 anos fez cirurgia também e tanto a dele quanto a minha foi um sucesso! Quanto ao agendamento as consultas e ao periodo de espera antes de ser atendida, não tenho nada a reclamar. Gratidão enorme pela Clínica dermatológica Dr Nilton Di Chiacchio.
I had a problem with my nail for a long time and I went to several places and thought there would be no more solution. I was referred by a Dr Nilton student and my experience was incredible. Totally committed and attentive staff. Every time I went there, I was promptly answered! Dr Nilton Filho, besides his experience in what he does, is very kind. My 8 year old brother had surgery too and both his and mine was a success! As for scheduling appointments and the waiting period before being answered, I have nothing to complain about. Huge gratitude for the Dr Nilton Di Chiacchio dermatological clinic.

Marquei o retorno com algumas semanas de antecedência para um sábado e, quando cheguei lá, a recepcionista do prédio me avisou que a clínica estava fechada. Eles não me avisaram para cancelar a consulta e eu perdi 3 horas do meu dia no deslocamento, e agora ignoram completamente as minhas tentativas de comunicação. Péssimo serviço.
Worst medical experience I've had in my life. I had a 5-minute consultation with Dr Nilton Filho. I made an appointment to return a few weeks in advance for a Saturday, and when I got there, the receptionist at the building told me that the clinic was closed. They didn't tell me to cancel the appointment and I wasted 3 hours of my day commuting, and now they completely ignore my attempts to communicate. Terrible service.
