Pediram para que eu deixasse meu número que ligariam logo em seguida, mas 24hrs depois me encontro na mesma. Tento ligar de volta e me deixam aguardando até cair a ligação.
Trying to schedule a simple oil and filter change, but it's complicated.
They asked me to leave my number that they would call right away, but 24hrs later I find myself in it. I try to call back and they leave me waiting until I drop the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência neste lugar.... Com dois meses que comprei um carro lá o motor deu problema. Já passou de 30 dias que meu carro está no mecânico e nem um carro reserva eles tiver a capacidade de me dar.
I had a bad experience in this place.... Two months after I bought a car there, the engine gave a problem. It's been 30 days since my car is at the mechanic and not even a spare car they have the capacity to give me.

Um foi Recall e outro foi alarme de mau funcionamento do motor (Jeep Renegade). Em ambos fui prontamente atendida e problema resolvido rápido e gasto mínimo! Parabéns!
Twice I needed their services and they were great with me!
One was Recall and one was Engine Malfunction Alarm (Jeep Renegade). In both I was promptly attended to and the problem was resolved quickly and with minimal expense! Congratulations!

Atedimento péssimo , deixei o carro mais de uma semana, pois os farois não estão pegando e o problema não foi resolvido e o pior o atendente passou que o chicote do carro tinha sido soldado, porém o mecânico passou que essa informação não procede.
Não recomendo a mecânica para ninguém....

Terrible service, I left the car for more than a week, because the headlights are not working and the problem was not solved and the worse the attendant said that the car harness had been welded, but the mechanic said that this information is not correct.
I don't recommend mechanics to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem for ligar e solicitar peça, estejam com muita paciência. Péssimo atendimento no telefone do senhor que me atendeu, ignorante. E se precisa pedir peça nessa loja, se não tiver cadastro lá nem ligue, vá direto na concessionária.
CAOA Chery deu aula, pedi uma peça por telefone apenas com meu nome e chegou tudo certinho, e atendimento muito melhor.
For those who call and request a piece, be very patient. Terrible service on the phone of the gentleman who answered me, ignorant. And if you need to order a part at this store, if you don't have a record there don't even call, go straight to the dealership.
