I don't know you're talking to Detran because the service is terrible nothing works agent pay for the service, agent call to find out some information there's no answer there's no one to answer the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível no sistema é hora marcada chegando lá e por ordem de chegada sem contar que o sistema sai fora do ar o tempo todo gerando aglomeração em plena pandemia. O agendamento do detran não e agendado pro mesmo dia do exame fazendo a gente dar mais viagens, que pra quem não é da cidade é horrivel. Ou seja, ta tudo errado.
Horrible in the system, it is scheduled to arrive there and on a first come first served basis, not to mention that the system goes off the air all the time generating crowds in the middle of a pandemic. The schedule of the DMV is not scheduled for the same day of the exam making us give more trips, which for those who are not from the city is horrible. That is, everything is wrong.

E tive que esperar até 2:40 pra eles liberarem e detalhe tinha umas 10 pessoas e depois de 2 hora só tinha eu. Péssimo serviço. Eles poderiam mudar a forma de atendimento
They could help anyone who has an appointment. I got there 1 pm and my time was 2:50
And I had to wait until 2:40 for them to release it and there were about 10 people in detail and after 2 hours there was only me. Poor service. They could change the way they serve
