★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em Mogi das Cruzes recebi uma notificação de multa de trânsito no dia 15/02/21 sendo que moro e trabalho em Mogi das Cruzes, trabalho num serviço essencial, nesse dia era dia útil em plena segunda-feira, vi várias queixas de casos parecidos como o meu, no mínimo minha placa foi clonada, eu nunca foi à Praia Grande com meu carro, sem foto para identificar meu carro, quem é que garante que o agente de trânsito não errou. Deveriam chamar para uma acareação para ver realmente quem está errado. Sendo que tem um monte de gente com o mesmo problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou idosa e cuido do meu pai com 92 anos. Parei na vaga de idoso e fui acomodar meu pai em um banco do calçádão pra tomar sol. Ao redor do meu carro pararam tres motos de policiais e multaram por que eu ainda não tinha colocado o cartão do idoso. Justifiquei que tinha descido com meu pai e que estava voltando pra colocar o cartão. Um dos policiais já estava lavrando a multa, mas colocou uma observação de que eu apresentara o cartão. Não consegui nenhum atendimento por telefone, ou presencial, devido à pandemia e fiquei sem saber como proceder. Veio uma cobrança de multa de RS 293, 00 e sete ptos na CNH por inflação gravissima! E não tem pra quem recorrer! Indústria de multa! Pra multar são super eficientes!

Com relação ao recurso de multas, vai acontecer de indeferirem porque eles querem a grana mas se você tiver razão, tente a segunda instância - CETRAN - que você vai conseguir. Não desista. Não deixe o seu dinheiro no bolso dessa gente.

Eu sou taxista zelo pela segurança minha e de meus clientes.A primeira coisa que fazemos é colocado cinto QDO entramos no carro. Eu nem passei no local, Av Presidente Kennedy, 14.996. Vai cumprir sua meta em outro lugar. Irei reclamar na ouvidoria e corregedoria. Espero que vc tome uma punição severa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei ontem para o CET para reclamar que tinha três caminhões carreta atrapalhando a entrada de três garagens, cara que aprendeu maior grosso mal educado para aplicar multa ele sabe quando e para resolver o problema não resolve.

Não consigo entrar em contato com o SETRAN para saber se tem algum meio de recorrer da atuação online para que eu possa mandar fotos e provas que não estive em praia grande. Mas só achei em todo lugar o telefone 0800 que não é possível ligar de celular e por email não me respondem.
Como vi em outros vários outros comentários dizendo a mesma coisa, praia grande deve ter uma enorme concentração de carros clonados ou tem coisa errada em que está aplicando as multas.
They fined me without even going to a big beach. I can't get in touch with SETRAN to find out if there's any way to appeal online so I can send photos and evidence that I haven't been to Praia Grande. But I only found the 0800 number everywhere that it is not possible to call from a cell phone and by email they do not answer me.
As I saw in several other comments saying the same thing, Praia Grande must have a huge concentration of cloned cars or there is something wrong in which the fines are being applied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz anos que não vou na praia grande, e recebo uma multa no dia 14/12/2021, às 21h15, moro em sbcampo e trabalho, no horário estava em minha casa descansando, vi várias reclamações aqui ,por pessoas que não estiveram aí, e agora sou obrigada a me defender, de uma coisa que não fiz. Não vou fazer defesa, minha defesa vai ser meu advogado, que vai meter um processo na insanidade que vocês cometem. Não quero saber se foi clonada ou não, quero que tirem essa multa já.
