★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui hoje os atendentes despreparados, não utilizando máscaras corretamente. Se eu não tivesse conhecimento do serviço que estava solicitando não teria resolvido. Pois atendente sem empatia e preparo nenhum com os clientes. Eu só precisava retirar um Documento de transferência de compra e venda, que já tinha sido feita. Era só retirar e foi uma burocracia tremenda.
Terrible attendance. Today the attendants were unprepared, not wearing masks correctly. If I hadn't known about the service I was requesting, I wouldn't have solved it. Because attendant without empathy and no preparation with customers. I just needed to remove a Purchase and Sale Transfer Document, which had already been made. It was just to withdraw and it was a tremendous bureaucracy.

Fiquei 37 minutos esperando uma resposta para minha filha, sobre a carteira de motorista .
Acho que poderia ter também, um serviço on line para atender tirar as dúvidas e um tel. Para informação, achei um absurdo não ter comunicação tel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de um mês tentando transferir um veículo vou ter que pagar multa pq tem que fazer on-line e não consigo e eles não quiseram me atender pessoalmente! Um descaso! Fora que não tem nem telefone pra tirar alguma dúvida! Péssimo péssimo e péssimo!
