★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após serviço prestados na manutenção de uma impressora HP Deskjet GT 5822, e ter um dos problemas não resolvido, a empresa foi contactada e prontamente vieram recolher a impressora. Hoje dia 02/02/2022 fizeram a entrega e coloquei em teste, após algumas impressões, posso dizer que o problema foi solucionado...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedi um orçamento e vinheram buscar a impressora sem nem eu autorizar q vinhessem para ¨analisar o problema ¨mas mandei por eles pois achei prestativos. cobram um valor de 40 reais caso vc não aprove o valor que cobram referente a ¨analise tecnica¨. até aí tudo bem, mas mandaram minha impressora de volta toda SUJAAA de tinta e emplastificada ainda culparam o transporte ( Que foi feito por eles na ida) e se negaram a resolver, depois de mto tempo discutindo mandaram levar lá para eles limparem mas não mandei para não perde ainda mais meu tempo. Uma estrela é pouco.
I asked for a quote and they came to pick up the printer without even me authorizing them to come to ¨analyze the problem ¨but I sent it through them because I thought they were helpful. They charge a value of 40 reais if you do not approve the amount they charge for ¨technical analysis¨. so far so good, but they sent my printer back all SUJAAA with ink and plastic, they still blamed the transport (which was done by them on the way) and they refused to solve it, after a long time arguing they sent it to take it there for them to clean but I didn't send it so as not to waste any more of my time. One star is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento péssimo pra lhe retornar um orçamento e valores incompatível com o mercado. A OS não está no meu nome, mas o produto é meu. E passaram 8 dias sem resposta de orçamento, meu esposo teve que ir presencialmente saber alguma informação e pegar o produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles me atenderam na mesma hora que falei com eles pelo zap, logo agendaram para o outro dia para pegar minha impressora, e bem cedinho já estavam na minha residência, consertaram e entregaram no mesmo dia, sinceramente fiquei impressionando com o atendimento e agilidade.
Estão de Parabéns!!!
Porém a única observação foi do preço que achei um pouquinho salgado....rsrsr mas como precisava e fazia anos que não ia na manutenção valeu a pena!!!
They attended me at the same time I spoke to them on zap, then scheduled for the other day to pick up my printer, and very early they were already at my residence, repaired and delivered on the same day, honestly I was impressed with the service and agility.
They are to be congratulated!!!
However, the only observation was the price, which I found a little salty....lol, but as I needed it and I hadn't been to maintenance for years, it was worth it!!!
