Uma semana depois retornei a empresa e soube que o imóvel estava disponível para locação, o nível de exigências para locar um imóvel está acima do que normalmente é exigido pelas grandes imobiliárias da cidade e a oferta de opções adicionais para garantia da locação é um seguro absurdo com uma único empresa que cobra 20% do valor do aluguel mais IPTU e taxa do condomínio, uma exploração .
