★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Diz que vende água bona Fonte mas não está cadastrado como fornecedor da bonafonte e esse lugar não fornesse o galão na primeira compra, como a maioria dos lugares que são bons, o galão é cobrado a parte é um valor que dá 3x o valor da água.
Horrible. It says that it sells bona Fonte water but is not registered as a bonafonte supplier and that place does not supply the gallon on the first purchase, like most places that are good, the gallon is charged separately is a value that gives 3x the value of water .

Fiz um pedido de 2 galões de água e me deram um prazo de 20 minutos para entrega.
Após 1 hora e meia e diversas ligações não-atendidas, o pedido não chegou.
Imagino que o estabelecimento tenha fechado e se esquecido do pedido e de seu cliente.
Absurdo!
Terrible.
I ordered 2 gallons of water and they gave me a 20 minute deadline for delivery.
After 1.5 hours and several missed calls, the request did not arrive.
I imagine the store closed and forgot about the order and its customer.
Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte do entregador que não achou a campainha do local. Ao solicitar que chamasse no portão, disse que não e desligou a ligação na minha cara. NÃO RECOMENDO! Cancelei a entrega e jamais vou voltar a pedir neste local.
Poor service from the delivery man who did not find the local bell. When I asked him to call at the gate, he said no and hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I canceled the delivery and will never ask again at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fiz um pedido as 11:30, falaram que iria chegar até as 13hrs quase 1:30 de espera e mesmo assim nós aceitamos, além de esperar todo esse tempo a água não foi entregue, e eles não retornaram nem pra avisar, faltando agora 10minutos para o encerramento da distruibuidora, não recomendo.
Bad experience, I placed an order at 11:30, they said it would arrive until 1:00 pm, almost 1:30 waiting and even so we accepted, in addition to waiting all this time the water was not delivered, and they didn't even return to warn us, now with 10 minutes to go before the distributor closes, I do not recommend it.
