Equipe extremamente atenciosa e carinhosa com nosso bichinho!! Recomendo para qualquer um.
Os cachorros saem para passear no parque TODOS os dias e são tratados cada um à risca conforme as suas necessidades individuais. Nosso cachorro passa o dia inteiro brincando! A equipe faz questão de nos informar durante o dia como nosso cachorrinho está e ainda mandam fotos no Wpp e Instagram. Isso nos dá conforto de ver como ele está passando o dia. Não é à toa que nosso Salim AMA o dia de ir para a Dog House, a equipe trabalha com muito amor! ❤️ Carinho especial por essa equipe que dedica o dia para cuidar e amar ele! Confiamos muito neles!
PS: a estrutura do lugar é muito boa. Com brinquedos, áreas grandes, ar condicionado, sala anti ruído... e agora vão ter banho ?!! As fotos mostram como ele gosta!!

Extremely attentive and caring staff with our pet !! I recommend it to anyone.
The dogs go for a walk in the park EVERY day and are treated to the letter according to their individual needs. Our dog spends all day playing! The team makes sure to inform us during the day how our puppy is doing and still send photos on Wpp and Instagram. It gives us comfort to see how he is spending the day. It is not for nothing that our Salim LOVES the day of going to the Dog House, the team works with a lot of love! ❤️ Special affection for this team that dedicates the day to take care and love him! We trust them a lot!
PS: the structure of the place is very good. With toys, large areas, air conditioning, noise room ... and now they will have a bath banho !! The photos show how he likes it !!

I've never seen so much love for our dogchildren as at Doghouse. They are people who love what they do, attentive, responsible and understanding, even with us humans! Congratulations Doghouse for the canine and human work!!!

I'm not going to tell you about my experience but about my little Marley...because they are our 4-legged friends who go to the dog house and the day of the nursery is certainly the happiest day for him, because when I say he's going there. ..it's a lot of party...5 stars for all dog house monitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência péssima na única vez que deixei minha cachorrinha neste lugar. O motorista foi buscá-la em casa, pois eu estava cuidando de uma pessoa doente e não podia sair. Chegou um rapaz sem uniforme e nenhum crachá de identificação, o que já achei um ponto negativo. O carro onde levam os cachorros sem segurança nenhuma. Bancos rasgados e os cachorros simplesmente vão jogados lá dentro. Pedi que a minha cachorrinha fosse no banco da frente, pois ela ficou bem assustada.
Chegando lá, recebi algumas fotos dela brincando e a moça foi bem atenciosa. Até que eu eu pedi um vídeo dela com os outros cachorros e ao contrário do que me foi dito, TODOS OS CACHORROS FICAM JUNTOS num espaço pequeno de muito sol. O vídeo me chocou. Cachorros enormes com os pequenos, totalmente perdidos e sem direção e atividade nenhuma. No vídeo da pra ver um monitor sentado com as pernas pra cima e uma monitora que faz carinho na minha cachorra só para aparecer no vídeo (mas na sequência limpa as mãos com nojo).
Pedi que trouxessem de volta imediatamente, me senti péssima e muito chateada. Ainda tive que pagar por um serviço desse, onde só jogam os cachorros lá.
A moça viu minha chateação e disse que levaria a minha cachorrinha para a sala dos “micros” (sala que não existe, pois ela simplesmente pegou os cachorros menores que estavam ali no meio e juntou numa espécie de cômodo vazio. Sem nenhum atrativo, nenhum brinquedo, nenhuma atividade.
Não deixem seus cachorros neste lugar, é de dar pena!
I had a terrible experience the only time I left my dog in this place. The driver picked her up at home, as I was taking care of a sick person and couldn't leave. A young man arrived without a uniform and no ID badge, which I already thought was a negative point. The car where they take the dogs without any security. Ripped benches and the dogs are just thrown in there. I asked my dog to go in the front seat, because she was very scared.
Once there, I received some pictures of her playing and the girl was very attentive. Until I asked for a video of her with the other dogs and contrary to what I was told, ALL THE DOGS STAY TOGETHER in a small space with a lot of sun. The video shocked me. Huge dogs with the little ones, totally lost and without direction or activity. In the video you can see a monitor sitting with her legs up and a monitor petting my dog just to appear in the video (but then wipes her hands in disgust).
I asked for it to be brought back immediately, I felt terrible and very upset. I still had to pay for a service like that, where only dogs play there.
The girl saw my upset and said she would take my little dog to the "micro" room (room that doesn't exist, because she simply took the smaller dogs that were there in the middle and gathered them in a kind of empty room. Without any attraction, none toy, no activity.
Don't leave your dogs in this place, it's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro adora ir lá, fica ate triste de ir embora. Sempre volta muito cansado, e a equipe é extremamente competente e profissional. Me mantém atualizado o tempo todo e respondem rápido. Ja levei em varias creches mas esta é a que mais me agradou de longe e não vejo motivo para trocar. Agora só levo lá. Para quem está na dúvida, vale muito o teste!
My dog loves to go there, he's even sad to leave. He always comes back very tired, and the team is extremely competent and professional. Keeps me up to date all the time and responds fast. I've taken it to several day care centers but this is the one that pleased me the most by far and I don't see any reason to change it. Now I just take it there. For those who are in doubt, the test is worth a lot!
