★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gilvan certamente se destaca como um dos melhores e mais assertivos veterinários de BH. Todas as experiências na Clínica, sejam preventivas ou corretivas, sempre foram da mais alta satisfação. Não tem a aparência dos Pet Shops de luxo mas tem uma boa estrutura e, o principal, um Veterinário extremamente qualificado e com muita experiência tanto em.diagnósticos como nos tratamentos corretivos.
 Dr Gilvan certainly stands out as one of the best and most assertive veterinarians in BH. All experiences at the Clinic, whether preventive or corrective, have always been of the highest satisfaction. It does not have the appearance of luxury Pet Shops but it has a good structure and, the main one, an extremely qualified Veterinarian with a lot of experience in both diagnostics and corrective treatments.

Não nos deram nenhum posicionamento cabível quanto aos machucados, nem tão pouco, suporte do veterinário local.
Uma empresa que não busca a satisfação dos seus clientes, nunca estará apta. Não indico!
Bad place. My sister took our pet for a bath on 12/24 and they took care of our pet.
They did not give us any appropriate position regarding the injuries, nor support from the local veterinarian.
A company that does not seek the satisfaction of its customers will never be able. I do not indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, levei meu pet para um banho, pois o pet shop que ele costuma ir toda semana não tinha horário, atendimento da recepção péssimo, cheguei la, eles deixaram o cachorro na mesa sozinha na sala, o banho mal dado, cortaram a mais na unha dele, não sei se possuem experiência na área de banho, mas cachorro de unha curta a gente não corta, o veterinário não deu nenhum suporte! ... ambiente com cheiro ruim forte, desorganizado.. odiei o atendimento.. não volto e não indico ... a moça que deu o banho, foi até educada.. mas não volto nem de graça... Com certeza os tutores que levam seu pet, só deixam o pet e não acompanha o banho, por isso não sabem como são tratados..

Todas as vezes que levei meus cães para atendimento, tive sucesso e satisfação. Difícil encontrar clínicas assim honestas e que de fato buscam solucionar o problema do seu animal, sem procedimentos desnecessários e abusivos. Gosto e recomendo muito.
Excellent veterinary clinic. Dr. Gilvan is an excellent professional, very assertive, trustworthy and true. Every time I took my dogs for care, I had success and satisfaction. It is difficult to find clinics that are honest and that in fact seek to solve your pet's problem, without unnecessary and abusive procedures. I like it and highly recommend it.
