 Doctor Fausto is an excellent doctor. Spectacular service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. fausto e otimo, no entanto agora que esta de licença esta um caos. marquei consulta no dia 25/03 quando cheguei no local estava fechado liguei para remarcar a secretaria que esta no lugar da Tania me disse que " se eu quisesse" teria atendimento mais de 1 mes depois e ainda desligou na minha cara. triste porque um medico excelente desse esta ficando com ma reputação pelos pessimos funcionarios.
Dr. Faust is great, however now that he is on leave he is in chaos. I made an appointment on 03/25 when I arrived at the place it was closed I called to reschedule the secretary who is at Tania's place told me that "if I wanted" I would have an appointment more than 1 month later and still hung up on me. It is sad because an excellent doctor like this is getting a bad reputation for the worst employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultei com o Dr. Fausto em 2015 gostei do atendimento. Liguei recentemente para marcar uma consulta fui informada pela secretaria que tem um outro médico atendendo no lugar dele. Marquei a consulta um dia antes da consulta a secretária me liga e disse que o médico não poderá atender porque não pode pedir os exames que o Dr. Fausto pede para iniciar o tratamento. Achei estranho se o médico está atendendo no lugar dele porque não pode pedir os exames?

I made an appointment the day before the appointment, the secretary calls me and says that the doctor will not be able to attend because he cannot order the tests that Dr. Fausto asks to start the treatment. I thought it was strange if the doctor is taking care of him because he can't order the exams?
