â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento, so tem um funcionĂĄrio para varios cliebtes, vocĂȘ vai esperar bastante ateateser atendido. Fora que o cliente que tem que ficar cobrando coisas como valor de orçamento, e perguntando como esta o seu equipamento. Deixei um MacBook por mais de um mĂȘs para manutenção e nao era respondido quando entrava em contato. PĂSSIMO!
Poor service, only one clerk for several cliebtes, you will expect enough ateateser attended. Other than the customer who has to be charging things like budget amount, and asking how is your equipment. I left a MacBook for more than a month for maintenance and was not answered when I contacted. TERRIBLE!

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo! Usam telefone pessoal ao invĂ©s de ter um telefone da empresa, a pessoa atende com aquele tom de "fala logo", respostas curtas sem explicar nada.
E quando vocĂȘ solicita um orçamento parece que estĂĄ pedindo de graça. NĂŁo recomendo!
Lousy service! They use a personal phone instead of having a company phone, the person answers with that tone of "speak soon", short answers without explaining anything.
And when you ask for a quote it seems like you're asking for free. I do not recommend!

Deixei o aparelho por cerca de quase 20 dias e sempre enrolava quando eu ligava ou enviava mensagens via WhatsApp. Quando fui pegar o aparelho notei que faltava parafuso da parte de baixo e o botĂŁo nĂŁo funcionava mais. Colocou o botĂŁo Home novamente e me devolveu. Levei o aparelho em outro local e me informaram que meu aparelho havia sido aberto e a bateria foi trocada. Onde voltei no Dr IPhone e ele negou. Muito desonesto, nĂŁo recomendo a ninguĂ©m.
I took an iPhone with a network problem, where it wasn't reading any chip. I left the device for about 20 days and it always stalled when I called or sent messages via WhatsApp. When I went to get the device I noticed that the bottom screw was missing and the button no longer worked. He put the Home button back on and gave it back to me. I took the device to another location and was informed that my device had been opened and the battery replaced. Where I went back on Dr IPhone and he denied it. Very dishonest, I would not recommend it to anyone.

â â â â â I got my display replaced here when it broke during a holiday in Brazil. These people actually managed to destroy the whole phone - luckily I could rescue all the data back in Germany. The display they put in the iPhone was worse China quality and yet they charge you the Apple price - typical Recife-style ripoff! ABSOLUTELY ZERO SERVICE QUALITY FOR A LOT OF MONEY!
