★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei minha consulta com 3 semanas de antecedência para o dia 18/12 às 10h.
Na véspera recebi uma mensagens para confirmação do horário e assim o fiz. Um tempo depois, recebi uma mensagem que precisariam remanejar a agenda e que minha consulta só poderia ser às 9h. Remanejei minha agenda e confirmei o horário.
Cheguei ao consultório no horário marcado. Notei que Dr. chegou atrasado. Por que os médicos sempre atrasam? Não consigo entender isso se trabalham com uma agenda com horários marcados.
Já eram 10:30 e nada. Quando fui questionar a recepcionista sobre o cumprimento do horário, simplesmente fui informado que ele estava participando de um congresso virtual que estava acontecendo na França e que ele não poderia ser incomodado.
Brincadeira esse tipo de atitude. Falta de respeito total com o paciente. Não estava por conta dele e também tenho meus compromisso. Inclusive de trabalho.
Muito indignado com essa situação
I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for December 18 at 10 am.
The day before I received a message to confirm the time and I did so. A while later, I received a message that they would need to relocate the agenda and that my appointment could only be at 9am. I rescheduled my schedule and confirmed the time.
I arrived at the office on time. I noticed that Dr. was late. Why do doctors always delay? I cannot understand this if they work with an agenda with scheduled times.
It was already 10:30 and nothing. When I went to ask the receptionist about the schedule, I was simply informed that he was attending a virtual conference that was taking place in France and that he could not be disturbed.
This kind of attitude is a joke. Lack of total respect for the patient. It wasn't for him and I also have my commitments. Including work.
Very outraged by this situation

Venho fazendo à anos acompanhamento de Ceratocone nessa clinica e sempre saia com uma sensação ruim de lá como se eu não fosse bem quisto no local.
Fui tratado de forma ríspida e até mesmo sarcástica todas as vezes que precisei de alguma ajuda ou tirar alguma dúvida pelo atendimento via WhatsApp.
Procurei outro especialista em Ceratocone aqui em BH e fiquei chocado com a diferença de atendimento e até mesmo da postura do médico.
Gostaria de deixar meus agradecimentos à Márcia do setor de lentes de contatos que sempre me tratou bem e destoa do restante da equipe.
The clinic urgently needs to rethink its posture and form of care.
I've been doing Keratocone follow-up for years at this clinic and I always leave with a bad feeling there as if I wasn't well liked in the place.
I was treated harshly and even sarcastic whenever I needed some help or had any questions answered via WhatsApp.
I looked for another specialist in Keratoconus here in Belo Horizonte and I was shocked by the difference in care and even the doctor's attitude.
I would like to thank Márcia from the contact lens sector, who has always treated me well and is at odds with the rest of the team.
