★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha cirurgia no dia 12/05/22 fui muito bem atendida,fiz com a Dr Adriana, não tenho o que reclamar desde o início da minha internação até minha alta fui bem recebida as enfermeiras todas educadas amei, só uma observação que eles poderiam ter avisado o acompanhante assim que terminou a cirurgia.
I had my surgery on 05/12/22 I was very well attended, I did it with Dr Adriana, I have nothing to complain about from the beginning of my hospitalization until my discharge I was well received by the nurses all polite I loved it, just an observation they could to have informed the companion as soon as the surgery was completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz Minha cirurgia prótese de Silicone dia 25/11 com o Dr Sidney Nucci, uma pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa.
O Hospital até agora não tenho do que reclamar me atenderam muito bem, lugar limpo todos simpaticos, tudo nota 1000.
Eu estou Feliz com meus gênios, o retomo medico é agendado e por ordem de chegada, ele demora nas consultas Porque ele é bem atencioso com suas pacientes.
I had my silicone prosthesis surgery on 11/25th with Dr Sidney Nucci, a very friendly and caring person.
The Hospital so far I have nothing to complain about, they served me very well, the place is clean, everyone is friendly, everything is a 1000.
I'm happy with my geniuses, the medical return is scheduled and on a first-come, first-served basis, he delays in appointments because he is very attentive to his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operei lá Ontem 09/06/22 - Maravilhoso atendimento , desde a recepção assim que cheguei até ir pro quarto no pós operatório!
Operei com Dr Renato Saliba , prótese de mama , a equipe do centro cirúrgico maravilhosos super educados , o anestesista , a instrumentadora todos.. sem palavras !
Quarto em que fiquei impecável , super limpinho e uma delícia .
Só agradecer mesmo por toda equipe do Hospital São Rafael ! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc não tem flexibilidade para remarcar sua cirurgia não agendem com eles, parece que está contratando um pacote da hurb onde precisa escolher 3 datas (isso esta em contrato, porem eles nao colocam a data que vc escolheu no contrato) simplesmente desmarcaram minha cirurgia sem dar qualquer satisfação, já estava programada para operar abdominoplastia + lipo fechei pacote, como a dra desmarcou fui encaminhada para outro cirurgião que me informou que não faria as 2 cirurgias juntas (isso pq já havia passado em avaliação com 3 cirurgião no São Rafael) como gostei bastante desse novo cirurgião resolvi prosseguir da forma que ele achou melhor conduzir, então dividimos a cirurgia em 2 partes iria fazer primeiro a abdominoplastia e dps a lipo, porém para minha surpresa quebraram meu contrato e fui obrigada a pagar valor cheio de cada cirurgia, frustrante no mínimo! Mas paguei e prossegui, no dia da minha cirurgia foi onde veio a maior decepção de todas pois foi onde fiquei extremamente constrangida no meu operatório, a sala reservada para minha cirurgia e em frente ao pós operatório até aí ok o problema que ao entrar na sala me pediram para tirar a camisola cirúrgica e ficar em pé para que o médico realizasse as marcações, durante esse processo a porta da sala permaneceu semi aberta e vários enfermeiros colocando a cara dentro da sala o tempo inteiro, pacientes recém operadas me olhando lá dentro foi horrível! Tive tbm uma péssima experiência com o pós atendimento e uma dificuldade pra tudo, sempre jogando atendimento um para outro uma bagunça tremenda, rotatividade enorme de funcionários nunca sabem te dar uma informação precisa, meu único elogio de fato são para as enfermeiras todas que me atenderam sem excesso foram uns amores! Ainda estou em recuperação e quando tiver um resultado mais visível volto e adiciono a minha avaliação.uma observação o médico não te visita após a cirurgia e nem seu primeiro pós operatório e com médico tudo é com a enfermagem, e pra ser sincera ao entrar no centro cirúrgico as únicas palavras que escutei do médico foram (bom dia e seram aqui suas cicatrizes da cirurgia)
If you don't have the flexibility to reschedule your surgery, don't schedule with them, it looks like you're hiring a hurb package where you need to choose 3 dates (this is in the contract, but they don't put the date you chose in the contract) they simply unscheduled my surgery without give any satisfaction, I was already scheduled to operate abdominoplasty + lipo I closed the package, as the dr unmarked I was referred to another surgeon who informed me that he would not do the 2 surgeries together (this because I had already passed an evaluation with 3 surgeons in São Rafael) as I really liked this new surgeon, I decided to proceed in the way he thought was best, so we divided the surgery into 2 parts. frustrating to say the least! But I paid and proceeded, on the day of my surgery was where the biggest disappointment of all came because it was where I was extremely embarrassed in my operative, the room reserved for my surgery and in front of the post op until then ok the problem that when entering the room I was asked to take off the surgical gown and stand up so the doctor could make the appointments, during this process the room door remained half open and several nurses putting their faces inside the room all the time, newly operated patients looking at me inside was horrible! I also had a bad experience with the aftercare and a difficulty for everything, always throwing care at each other a tremendous mess, huge turnover of employees never know how to give you accurate information, my only compliment is actually for all the nurses who attended me without excess they were loves! I'm still in recovery and when I have a more visible result, I'll come back and add my evaluation. an observation the doctor does not visit you after the surgery or your first postoperative period and with a doctor everything is with the nursing, and to be honest when you enter the operating room the only words I heard from the doctor were (good morning and here will be your scars from the surgery)

com Dr. Ervin San Martin , excelente profissional , ético e prestativo a equipe maravilhosa ,tive todo o suporte no pós operatório, meu resultado foi além do esperado,
qto ao hospital fui mto bem atendida ,mas deixou a desejar na internação nos períodos das refeições o paciente tem q se virar sozinho, os enfermeiros todas as vzs q precisei me socorreram de prontidão,
caso precise ficar internada esteja com acompanhante é a dica q eu dou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperiência horrível!!! dia 31/01/2022quarto 303 no 3⁰ andar ,minha filha passou por uma cirurgia mamoplastia com Dr Gustavo de Rezende ,pela segunda vez , fiquei como acompanhante e mudou muito no geral desde recepção, que chegamos as 5:30 , não estava cheio e mesmo assim subimos por volta das 6:50, quarto, banheiro sem uma higiene adequada, só deram uma tapeada no banheiro, tinha resíduos de vomito, ou fazes no vaso seco, eu mesma que deu um jeito e fiz a limpeza com álcool, minha filha ficou 24 horas, não houve se quer a coleta do lixo do quarto, limpeza zero... Parte da enfermagem, é uma demora absurda quando solicitado, falta muita atenção! Em especial deixo o elogio ao tec. Igor plantão da noite e ao Dr.Gabriel residente, que prestou todo atendimento por conta q a mesma ao voltar da anestesia, não conseguia abrir os olhos , por uma alteração na visão pós cirurgia, então o mesmo tinha o colírio octofen obs: hospital não tinha, foi então q minha filha conseguiu abrir os olhos ao receber uma gota, para poder conseguir fazer a primeira refeição, com isso ficou uma hiper sensibilidade a luz e nem uma persiana havia na janela do quarto, foi um sufoco, muito desconfortável, voltou para casa com a visão do olho enchergando embasado, vou procurar um oftalmologista, assim q tiver mas recuperada! Pois o Dr alegou q foi no centro cirúrgico adquiriu uma conjuntivite! Deixo claro que eu tbm já passei por uma cirurgia em julho de 2017 e o hospital era ótimo, hoje eu não o recomendo, alimentação oferecida é tipo a mesma oferecida nós hospitais do SUS!!!
Esperiência horrible !!! 31/01/303 2022quarto in 3⁰ floor, my daughter has undergone a breast surgery with Dr Gustavo Rezende for the second time, I was like companion and changed much overall from reception, we arrived at 5:30, was not full and still climbed around 6:50, bedroom, bathroom without proper hygiene, only took a batted in the bathroom had vomit residue, or doing the dry vessel, which gave myself a way and did the cleaning with alcohol, my daughter was 24 hours, no one wants to waste collection room, cleaning zero ... Part of nursing, is an absurd delay when requested, missing a lot of attention! In particular let praise to tec. Igor duty the night and the resident Dr.Gabriel, which provided full service because it qa returning from anesthesia, could not open his eyes for a change in vision after surgery, so it had the octofen obs eye drops: hospital had no was then q my daughter managed to open his eyes to receive a drop, in order to get to the first meal, it was a hyper sensitivity to light, nor a blind was in the bedroom window, was a hard time, very uncomfortable, he returned to house with the bird's eye view enchergando grounded, I will seek an ophthalmologist, so q but have recovered! For Dr claimed q was in the operating room acquired conjunctivitis! I make it clear that I TBM already had surgery in July 2017 and the hospital was great, today I do not recommend it, food is offered the same kind offered us the SUS hospitals !!!

Porém só tenho elogios ?❤️Fiz cirurgia no dia 18 de maio ,maxto com prótese com Dr Gean Scopel e foi tudo perfeito ..minha internação era para 5:30 ..Sou do litoral de SP e fui antes p evitar imprevistos,chegamos por volta de 5:05 da manhã no hospital onde tiramos senha e aguardamos nossa vez .
Ao assinar todos papéis e fazer teste de COVID me internei as 5:56 onde já fui encaminhada para fazer pré operatório.
Depois da cirurgia tbm foi maravilhoso,as meninas super educadas ,Beatriz,Ingrid e uma outra q não estou lembrando o nome ...mas se ela ver essa msg vai lembrar de mim haha disse q sou uma índia linda kkkk ( rimos pq eu não sou índia ??) obrigada meninas ❤️ super carinhosas ao me acordar p dar medicação,me oferecendo ajuda toda vez que iam ao quarto mesmo sabendo que tinha acompanhante ?nas orientações p meu esposo se alimentar fora do hospital.a limpeza tbm que vi muita reclamação e alimentação tudo foi perfeito e graças a Deus minha cirurgia foi sucesso?
Sei que todo comentário aqui óbvio que tem fundamento ,mas estou contando minha experiência ?❤️ Gratidão a cada um que fez parte desse nosso sonho ??
Good morning ? With the comments I read I was very apprehensive about what I would find there.
But I have nothing but praise ?❤️ I had surgery on May 18, maxto with prosthesis with Dr Gean Scopel and everything was perfect ..my hospitalization was for 5:30 ..I'm from the coast of SP and I went before to avoid unforeseen, we arrived for around 5:05 in the morning at the hospital where we took the password and waited for our turn.
By signing all papers and taking the COVID test, I was admitted at 5:56 where I was already sent to do pre-op.
After the surgery it was also wonderful, the girls were super polite, Beatriz, Ingrid and another one whose name I can't remember ... but if she sees this message she'll remember me haha she said I'm a beautiful Indian lol (we laugh because I don't I'm Indian ??) thank you girls ❤️ super affectionate when waking me up to give me medication, offering me help every time they went to the room even though I knew I had a companion ? in the guidelines for my husband to eat outside the hospital. and food everything was perfect and thank God my surgery was successful?
I know that every comment here is obvious that it has foundation, but I'm telling my experience ?❤️ Gratitude to everyone who was part of our dream ??
